Great service through out. Delivery was quick and easy.

3 weeks waiting and nothing. Told I had to wait another 3 days while they chase. UPS are adamant nothing was even posted. Avoid. Now to wait a refund!!!!
Funny they reply no correspondence and issue an automatic reply. Seems only negative reviews are what make this company act.

The delivery was promised 4 days before my daughter’s birthday, this came and went and no delivery, the carrier said they were waiting for clearance from Fashionette, 2 weeks later after repeated emails and phoncalls it turns out Fashionette had not given the courier my address properly, uPS tried in vain to gat some communication from Fashionette but nothing. I tried and was fobbed off repeatedly by a robot I imagine , certainly not a human response. No customer care, no interest at all, quick to take the money though! In the end I sorted it out with the courier myself with no help from Fashionette. First and last transaction I would avoid at all costs.

Really good communication relating to the status of my order, delivery window allocated and arrived on time. I did need to contact customer services as there was a problem with the delivery address but this was resolved quickly and there were no issues with delivery at all. Would recommend.
