Never answer the phones or email. They didn’t tell me there would be a customs charge, UPS card machine didn’t work on two seperate days, now I’m without £170 shoes I paid for and they provide me with a tracking number for UPS to track where my parcel has now gone! Terrible customer service I would avoid this site if you’re buying something expensive.

I ordered some trainers and was sent the wrong size but have emailed and messaged on Instagram and no response so am currently stuck with trainers I can’t wear. Poor customer service.

"A gamble"
I decided to take a gamble as I had been looking for the handbag I bought for a while now.
It's only been a week since I ordered but it has been dispatched. However, I have been told by UPS that I have to pay £16.50 in customs charges. Maybe I missed this when I was ordering but I thought an international company like this would soak up the taxes.
So I am stuck here with no bag and not much in the way of help from either customer services or UPS.

"Amazing product and price"
I never normally write reviews, but I am so impressed with the service I have received from Fashionette. I am normally quite cautious buying from online stores, but I decided to order a coach bag from here after reading positive reviews online. The bag was RRP £600 and I bought it for £280. I received it in 3 days from date of purchase and was updated the full time on when it had been dispatched and when to expect the delivery. The bag was carefully packaged with the Coach dustbag and all the additional labels. Amazing product at a fraction of the price compared to other stores. I will definitely use this website again!

I placed my order 1.5 weeks ago, I received an email confirmation of my order along with a tracking number with UPS. A few days passed after placing the order and I went to check the tracking but it was saying the tracking number was invalid, UPS said to speak with fashionette. I emailed them and haven’t had a response! So I called them to which I was greeted with an extremely rude women, who wasn’t interested in helping or resolving the issue at all other than telling me to email! Which I already done twice. She hang up the phone and any attempt to call again results in the same rude and unhelpful customer service.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM.

"What can I say about this Company"
What can I say about this Company, not a lot really apart from I placed an order around 2 weeks ago, after the order was placed we had received the tracking number however this tracking number turned out to be wrong, the first port of call was calling UPS (the courier delivering the goods) who then in turn said you will need to speak to fashionette. I called Fashionette only to be greeted by this grizzly lady who had the worst attitude I have ever witnessed in my life, it was like she dropped a £50 note and picked up a £5 note. this lady ended up cutting the phone call short on two occasions, she also shouted at me saying SEND AN EMAIL! which may I add I have done this three times and had no response. if you can avoid using this company please do so as I believe I have been scammed.

"Ordered a handbag"
Ordered a handbag, received confirmation email with tracking number for UPS. Tracking number for UPS is wrong, emailed customer servcioes twice and still no response 48 hours later! Made 2 phone calls, and both times the customer servcie was shocking, so rude and coudlnt help at all or give any sort of solution. Now i have no idea where my order is!

"Really bad customer service"
Placed an order and didn’t receive a confirmation email, so waited a couple of days then called customer services. Only to be spoken to so rudely by a lady ( wish I had got her name) who had no interest in trying to help and she promptly put the phone down on me!! First time using this company … never ever again.
Your reply is not truthful.. she never informed me that I’d put the wrong email in .. and she most certainly did put the phone down on me
