"One month later still not refund for an…"

One month later still not refund for an item that never even got delivered to my door. Spoken to customer service on 5 different occasions and been fed pure lies. Do not buy from this scamming company. Avoid and pay the extra elsewhere

Worst company and customer service. Please don’t waste your time shopping with fashionette. My order was delayed by a week and when I contacted the company for some help they said it has nothing to do with them!
My order finally arrived the wrong size so I had to return. Which is taking a long time too. Have not received my refund yet. Please do not waste your time

order placed on the 11th November (order number 600300509) still not received the item which has been paid for. Have e-mailed multiple times, with just one reply on the 29th November to be advised its being investigated, have chased again multiple times still no reply, trying to call the care line and no one answers the phone. If anyone can please help and reply to my multiple mails please.

Awful customer service. Phones not answered. Important emails ignored. I would NOT recommend this company.

Have not received any product after 10 days. According to UPS, they have not received the package yet from fashionette. Today I received an email from fashionette that my return has been received? Which return? I have not received any item! Now I have neither the bag I ordered nor the money it cost!

I guess it's easy to keep prices low when the goods don't exist

calling every day - no answer- finally spoke with someone on Saturday- Sent an email on 22nd Nov- still waiting for a reply- ha- finally recieved my order after I chased up UPS and had to pay a fee.
I would NOT use this company again.

"BEWARE BEFORE ORDERING"

I ordered my bag from the .com website & selected my country of origin as the UK.
There was. no mention of Import duty until UPS arrived with my parcel.
If you live in a non EU country & select the UK when placing your order BEWARE as you will be charged Import Duty.

Same issue as previous reviewer. Placed an order a few weeks ago. Item has not been delivered. No response to my emails. Have raised a claim through PayPal. Avoid. Looks like a scam!

Placed an order on 31st October which has not been delivered. Advised when placing order it would arrive between 6th and 8th November and heard absolutely nothing from the delivery company. Sent Fashionette an email and tried phoning on several occasions and can’t even get a call answered. Be very wary of this company and ignore the positive reviews. AVOID FASHIONETTE!

If i culd give Zero stars i would. Purchased a bag over 3 weeks ago still not arrived . Have emailed and called and still have no response so have had no option but to contact paypal to deal with.
DO NOT USE THEM !!!!
