"Not very professional - what have I let myself in for?"

Website wouldn't let me pay so I had to wait until Monday. Policy documents emailed immediately but half of policy schedule missing. Called immediately to ask for it to be sent again, had to leave a message and still no response 30 hours later. Hope I don't need to make a claim!

"Medical Screening Failure PolicyIA 219340"

I have had to cancel my policy because your website did not allow me to complete (actually start) my medical screening the system appeared to hang and when I tried to restart it immediately confirmed payment and issued a policy - being a bit wary I checked the policy schedule and saw that the medical screening section was illegible so I called your office, the assistant was quite helpful but had no solution as she admitted that your website was working and could offer no guarantee when it would be sorted she also confirmed that the issued policy would be invalid for any pre-existing medical conditions - I took the option of a full refund and am still awaiting confirmation of my refund my policy number is IA 219340 - to be honest I was shocked that you would still offer a service knowing your system was faulty - my faith in your "service" is nil and I have insured with another provider! Hope this helps you sort out the mess.

"online buying system failure"

Bought online travel policy ticked medical declaration box to confirm health issues but the system did not allow us to declare what issues, continued to purchase policy with the intention of ringing company to declare the health issues. When I contacted the company and explained the problem I found the agent to be quite abrupt and was told that the health screening section had broken down and was in the process of being fixed and that they could not add medical conditions to policy until it was up and running and that they would ring me back the following day this did not happen so I rung them back the following day system still not fixed so asked for full refund because they could not give me a time of when it would be fixed they agreed and was paid back the following day. In my opinion they should
not have been taking peoples money if the system was down and if they say they are going to ring you back then they should VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Would not deal with them again.

I have been using this company for a number of years since my wife and have found other insurance companies too expensive especially as we are in our late 70's. The cover offered is very comprehensive and at a reasonable price. We Highly recommend this travel Insurance Company.
