First time I have used Insure and Away. Very straight forward onsite application and fair price for one trip.

I contacted customer service by phone to amend my travel insurance cover.
I think the person was Amanda, she was helpful in that she said she would adjust the period coverage & she took my payment details & send me a confirmation email.
I have still not received the email or my amended policy, but the payment
has been taken from my account.
I have asked again for the matter to be treated with urgency, but still no
response!!!!
