I ordered this laptop as a Christmas present so at this point, the computer is untried. It arrived safely one week after I placed the order, which is pretty reasonable considering the distance. All the parts are properly packaged and in pristine visual condition. A satisfactory price and satisfactory delivery. This seems to be a reliable company to buy from. Five stars, so far!

"Excellent so far"
Well I ordered a laptop for my son for Christmas on Friday, it stated 5 days weekday delivery. It came next day on Saturday, so well pleased. Had a text to say what time it would be delivered and the drivers name, so was kept well informed. I cannot comment on the laptop itself, as it will not be opened until Christmas day. The price was the best I could find. My only niggle was the fact that there is a charge for credit card transactions, and therefore I didn't get that extra month to pay, as I chose to use my debit card, I do not pay charges for using my card - but that is personal choice, and I suppose how much was saved on the laptop, we cannot grumble on a credit card charge if you chose to use it. I will definitely use again. Fingers crossed on the laptop itself and future support.

"Excellent Service"
Ordered laptop on a Saturday evening and paid extra £3.95 for two day delivery. Automatic email update confirmed acceptance of order. On the Wednesday i received a text saying the driver (named) would deliver the laptop between 14.18 and 15.18hrs that day and that is what happened. Product was as described and arrived undamaged. Very simple assemby of clicking battery pack in to pack, plugging in to the mains and hey presto, follow Quick Start Guide and away we go! Can't say better than that!

"No laptop received. Cancelled order. Refund takes at least 2 weeks"
I paid for a laptop a week ago with supposed 2 day delivery. SimplyAcer took my funds immediately.
One week later, no sign of the laptop. I asked where it was and was told it would arrive "some time next week".
I cancelled the order and a refund will take at least 2 weeks.
So, I receive nothing but SimplyAcer have £400 of my money for 3 weeks.
Thanks guys. Really.

Ordered laptop online showing more than 20 in stock also used collect+ delivery within 72 hours, no communication from customer service so rang after 2 days.we are having trouble finding one she told me it will be despatched later today.no email for tracking.had to wait over weekend as they do not man the lines, phoned Monday we will phone you back within 2 hours, no phone call so I called again it will be dispatched later today.that evening received email with tracking.eventually got laptop 151 hrs later.vert poor service.

Very good value and intention to make good service. The reason I gave 4 star is that I wasn't warned they are going to use DPD for delivery. It has been proved very inconvinent to me.
