Been with Guardian for Like a Month now, Technician was Polite and Good; System is No Good; Ringbell doesn’t sound is Poor and it doesn’t Ring at the same time inside the House than outside. Also as soon as someone rings the bell, you should see who is outside; but it doesn’t Work like that; at the end they sell all of this Nice Package that is Not Nice; Will Close this account.

Guardian was very reasonably priced. Installation was fairly quick and easy. The technician did a great job explaining how to use the system and app on my phone. He explained all the features well also.

"The system was indicating a low battery…"

The system was indicating a low battery for the motion detector. I was easily able to remove it from the wall, but I could not get the back off in order to replace the batteries. I called and the gentleman who talked us through it did an excellent job explaining, texted a video and was very patient. It was not easy… The design of the back of the motion detector makes it very challenging to remove. Nevertheless, the customer service was excellent. The design engineering, however……
