We were having a power outage and the security system was beeping. I called to see what to do. The customer service rep. told me to push ** and it quited the system. She was very pleasant and described very well what to do.

"Battery Replacement & Testing Success!"

Had to replace the batteries in our motion detector (after 6 years of having the system - not bad!) Went out to website, got the tutorial and viola! Fixed. Needed to test it (as per the instructional video) but could not for the life of me figure out how to put it into "Test Mode"...the option never came up on the website so, I just set it off. It worked and they called right away, as always. Unfortunately the "siren" did not sound so I asked the Guardian Rep what I should do. He immediately connected me to the tech department (keep in mind, this was on a Sunday) and she was extremely helpful, walking me through testing the equipment and discovering that the siren apparently is not set off by the motion detector? In any case, the system has performed extremely well for the 6+ years we've had it and Guardian's customer service and tech support is excellent! Well done Team Guardian!
