"Don't Even Bother"

Product and customer service was great. However this company relys on thrid-party vendors to fix any issues with your home security system that can not be resolved with tech support over the phone. These third-party knuckle draggers don't follow up leaving you without a working system for weeks at a time. God help you if they actually come to your home and touch anything. That's a whole other matter. I implore the CEO and board of this company to change its ways soon or your employees will suffer their jobs. I only had working service for one week and you had to let me out of contract because you could not sertvice your products on the back end. This is really sad.

Installation of equipment and activation of service were done. The technician was polite, professional, friendly, answered all my questions, and explained everything well. He made sure that I understood how to work everything in the system, and he tested everything thoroughly to ensure everything was working properly.

I sales guy Dom walked me through the options explained very clearly and answered all me question. Went above and beyond to get my install in as early as possible. 3 days later my installer installed everthing in about 3 hours and explained it all. He seemed more than willing to stay as long as it took to make sure we knew how to work everything. I wish I could remember his name but I do not.
