My tech was very helpful and friendly and the technology is neat. However, there was no information given to me at any time about the monthly rate and length of contract. The first bill I got was more than I thought and was not itemized. I called customer care and he told me what the rate was and that I signed a three year contract. I guess that's on me. Very disappointing. The actual people are nice, but the way of doing business is not so nice.

I have multiple attempts to have help with the doorbell camera and no one is returning my call. the installation tech told me to do something I had already tried, and when I told him that, he never responded. Our camera has been out about a week.
