Very good experience arrived on time and the radiator look great

Radiator was delivered without any call to let me know it was coming. I’d have driven home to meet him as I was only 5 minutes away.
Furthermore the box had a huge hole in but amazingly the radiator wasn’t damaged.

Managed to get a good price on my radiators on a black Friday deal, would give 5 if the delivery would be made into my flat, so much for a “white glove delivery service”, cause they’ll just deliver curb side. Good luck if you don’t have 2 people to help carry them.

Would happily have paid extra to get them up some stairs.

"Absolute shambles. Stay away"

Ordered 2 radiators from them. However didn’t arrive next day as stated. But wasn’t an issue. Then ordered another one for the kitchen, however turned out we didn’t need one for there so tried to cancel the order and was told this was dispatched so I’d have to wait for it to be delivered and then return it, received an email 3 hours later saying it had just been dispatched. When I got the delivery I spoke to them straight away to get the return started. Had to send pictures and say it hasn’t been opened. It had just arrived. Then to get an email stating they are happy to have this back and that it would be £42 to collect. I’m sorry £42 to collect something to return. I have to pay to return. I called up and spoke to someone who just kept saying ‘it’s in the term and conditions’ the thing nobody reads. Their website states ‘100% money back guarantee’ no mention on any orders of email a return would cost the customer £42. I then received a call from, I would guess, their boss. We had arranged collection for Monday 16th.
Monday 16th comes. No email confirmation. And you guessed it. No collection. I called up and was told I would get an email once they had spoken to their boss and a new date was given. No email confirmation again. I then went on their live chat and was told the collection had been booked for January 3rd, over 2 weeks away, and the returns company aren’t doing returns as it’s close to Christmas. So on top of the poor service, and the fact I have to pay for this bloody return, it’s became quite the joke, just to be met with, ‘you can always return it yourself’ with another courier. Most certainly wouldn’t be using this company again and I’d advise if you would, to buy it on the premise you don’t have to return it.
