I bought a heated towel rail. The selection was great and the one I chose very simple, and suited my taste perfectly. The item was delivered very quickly and as expected. It is good quality and works well.

I bought two radiators from this company. One was supplied with the wrong element. Radiator World are refusing to help me resolve the issue.

I admit it took a few months for me to spot the problem (they supplied an incorrect element), but I had to wait for an electrician to instal the rads.

I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone. Their customer service has been poor and clearly they aren't interested in on-going customer relationships.

My advice - go to one of their many creditable competitors. I will for the four radiators that I am about to order.
