"Great goods, poor delivery"

Although the radiator is very good the delivery service was very disappointing this time. It was ordered early on a Thursday morning expecting the next day delivery promise to deliver it on Friday. I got notification that it would arrive on the Saturday and had to be signed for. As we were not going to be in that day I sked for it to be delivered on the Monday. I was told, NO, it cannot be delivered until the Tuesday, 4 days late.

I ordered a radiator from them, expecting next day delivery, but it didn't arrive for a further two days after the delivery date and was left outside the property. I had to find an alternative radiator as it never arrived. I have had to return the radiator and have been charged for this. This seems unfair to me as it wasn't my fault. Apparently their Returns information doesn't correspond with their Terms and Conditions. The people I dealt with were very friendly and polite, so I can't fault them for that and |I imagine they are normally really good.
