Teamson is one of the best companies I have ever worked with especially as far as customer service. Their communication was prompt and thorough with each step of the process. Item was not wood, but rather compressed paper fiber. Three (3) of the four (4) units ordered had damage, blemishes, and other marks scaring up the finish.

The components were defective and the warranty company denied the claim for a replacement part.

Very involved assembly and the pre drilled holes are not drilled properly, thus the wood can split leaving you with a useless pile of wood.

Teamson is a great company to deal with. I had purchased a fountain and the top part needed yo be replaced. The part was out of stock but they emailed me as soon has they had it back in stock. Nowadays you just don’t get great customer service anymore but with Teamson I did.
