One star because we had to. This outfit is a massive joke! They send out garbage product that doesn't work, won't back their product, play games with email and messages, and flat out lie. They also told wayfair that they sent us the replacement product but it never came and they then claimed they didn't have it. This is BS and do not under any circumstance but anything from these people. I will be reporting this company to the bbb ASAP and go after them in court as well until they replace my 500 fire pit. FYI, still haven't used it once

My Husband Mr James Drysdale bought a fire pit.
The fire pit came discoloured & without lava stones.
When we contacted teamson were told to take a 10% refund. Or else we could pay to have it picked up & returned at our cost. We have written 4 emails to teamson. Last Thursday 16th July 2020 & are still waiting for an answer despite offering to buy a more expensive fire pit.

Update: The company sent me the replacement part that I needed and I have updated my review to 5 stars because I love the desk which looks perfect in my house and am satisfied the company stood behind their product and honored the warranty. I would purchase from this company again.

I purchased a desk, assembled it, disposed of all the packaging, and then found that a drawer handle is defective and keeps popping off. The handle should be easily replaceable but they tell me it is out of stock and that my only option would be to return the 50 pound fully assembled desk back to Amazon. I keep emailing asking to speak to a supervisor about sending me a replacement handle whenever it is back in stock, and they will not provide this information, and no one answers the phone. Then they “closed” my ticket without doing anything to help. Very bad customer service.

I wrote previously about not not getting my refund and the way the process was handled and the dishonesty about the company.

The company made everything right and I got my refund in full.

They have excellent products and prices will do business with them in the future.

"Customer service is a JOKE!"

I purchased a play kitchen as a gift and one of the parts was defective (holes drilled in the wrong place) and another was broken. I have been emailing back and forth with customer service for a MONTH now and the issue is still not resolved! They respond saying they will “personally” confirm they have the parts in stock, then I get no response. I have sent 6 emails regarding the replacement parts. The customer service is HORRIBLE! Do not buy their products. If you have an issue, customer service will not help! Waste of money and one very unhappy toddler!!!

Update: even though they are the manufacturing company, I was just informed that they are “out of stock” of those replacement parts. Sounds like a cop out to me. Never dealt with a company like this in my life! AVOID AT ALL COST!

"CUSTOMER CARE DOES NOT RESPOND TO REQUESTS REGARDING DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE"

I ordered a bistro the piece patio set for my mom‘s 90th birthday. One of the chairs and the small table is great. The other chair is defective I have made countless calls and sent emails regarding the problem including photos and video. They simply refuse to acknowledge me and my problem with their defective merchandise. I am totally frustrated by their lack of customer care.

I never ever write reviews but i absolutely will never order from Teamson again. I ordered a makeup vanity and dessert table for my twins birthday and the vanity was completely scratched up and the dessert table had no instructions. All that and I am still ok with... i sent them more than 6 emails, tried to call them but noone picks up and I am at a point where I do not know what to do. I would NEVER ever order from them or recommend anyone to ever waste their money. $200 down the drain and no way to reach anyone. I will be filing a consumer report for sure as I cannot believe they are still operational!!!! Urghhhhhhh so frustrated as it has been more than a month since I received the items and no gift to give to my kids.
