"Good product, good support"

The chairs we bought are very comfortable and seem well made. One box was damaged in transit and some small parts were missing. Their customer service group was super responsive and got replacement parts out pronto.

I have bought a few items from this company over the last year or so and found them to be excellent The latest item I have bought is a children's inflatable Pirate ship for the garden. Some reviews for this item complained that there were holes in the base therefor rendering it useless as a paddling pool, Had they read the product description, it is made very clear that it is not a pool because the side walls are to tall and would be a danger to young children.Our grandson has had hours of fun as a pirate. It is a wonderful toy for children's imagination from a company selling quality products.

I PURCHASES THE FANTASY FIELDS MAGIC GARDEN TABLE W/ 2 CHAIRS, THE 3 DRAWER CUBBY AND ROCKING CHAIR FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER AND PROUD TO GIVE HER THIS, WE WILL BE PURCHASING THE WHOLE SET FOR HER TO DO HER ROOM, THE QUALITY OF THIS FURNITURE WILL LAST HER YEARS.

"They shipped the wrong plug and didn't care."

Purchased a lamp. While we live in the USA, they instead sent us a European plug. When I contacted to have them send a plug that would actually work in the USA (like the plug they have prominently displayed in a few photos) they immediately closed the ticket with a response that they wouldn't help and I could buy an adapter at a local store. If you're paying $60 for a small kid's lamp you'd think at least you'd be able to plug it in! And why such poor customer service? Don't you even want to do the bare minimum so your customer can actually use your products?

"I bought on of the Peaktop outdoor…"

I bought on of the Peaktop outdoor Bistro Set from Teamson. I am. 65 young woman and I am putting these together by myself. Granted it would be easier if I had another person to help, but I want to get them done today! So far I am very pleased with this set. Lightweight, yet strong, durable feeling, nice neutral color and finish on the metal parts. The chairs swivel 360 degrees and slightly rock... a plus! The seat is very firm and comfortable, I can lay my head back comfortably as well. These will be easy to keep clean... just hose and wipe them off as needed. We live in dusty west Texas with a southern exposure, so cushions just do not hold up well. You don’t need them with these chairs! The table is a nice size, easy fold up and carry or store. I can easily move these chairs around on our small apartment patio so I can sweep and vacuum the carpet... another plus for me!
