Wild at Heart has a great selection and they make ordering flowers from out of the country a breeze! Never have to worry about the gifts of flowers we send to loved ones.

"The flowers were a day late without any…"

The flowers were a day late without any notice being given. On the day after the late arrival the main flowers in the bouquet were dead, despite being put in water etc as indicated. I do not feel that my complaint was dealt with well after contacting Wild at Heart. They have now agreed to replace the bouquet and we will wait and see how well they last.

"Delivery was much later than expected & flowers "

Delivery was much later than expected: the delivery time was supposed to be 12.00-14.00pm, and then it was moved to 14.14-15.30; then quite late on the day this was changed to 17.00-17.45, however in the event the flowers did not arrive until gone 18.00
While delivery is not guaranteed to have to have the time changed 3 times during an afternoon for a delivery in central London seems poor service. Unfortunately the flowers were not of the quality one would expect from a florist of your quality (and price!). The pink hydrangeas were very good however the pale green were already shedding when they arrived

Absolutely gorgeous bouquet but the flowers have not lasted long. Followed all the care instructions but, as with my last bouquet from Wild at Heart, fabulous arrangement but only lasted about 2 days before fading fast. I don’t think the blooms are as fresh as they should be when dispatched.

Very disappointed with the flowers. Number of flowers looked pretty tired when they arrived and deteriorated from there. For this price level, I was expecting much more.
