"Incredibly rude staff"

I went to the Notting Hill shop to buy a nice bouquet. However, the staff was so incredibly rude that we left. He was on the phone for ages ignoring us. During this heated phone call he threw down the phone several times which made me think he was finally ready to serve us. When I asked whether we could order he simply said ‚no‘. He should probably consider a career change as he clearly is not the right fit for the clientele he is serving.

My go to florist for beautiful unusual bouquets. They never disappoint for birthdays and thank yous. I've also found the customer service team to be brilliant when dealing with my bespoke requests in the past too...!

I worked with Rhiannon and Finlay for my wedding this year in the Cotswolds and had the best experience. My flowers were absolutely stunning and they went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. They were super responsive on email and set up calls to talk through my vision - and the brief they put together for me was absolutely spot on. They even managed to get me Dahlias despite it being very early in the season which was a wonderful surprise to see on my wedding day. Everyone commented on the flowers on the day and couldn't get over how stunning they were. I would absolutely recommend Wild at Heart and working with Rhiannon and Finlay - just a note that it is quite expensive but you can tell how much labour and time goes in to creating the incredible arrangements - and they drove all the way out to the Cotswolds for me to set up and take down.

I was sent a bouquet for my birthday last week - it was beautiful! Lovely fresh flowers, arranged well and in perfect packaging. Was a fabulous gift to receive - will be using for my friends in the future.

"Utterly Disappointing - Never Again"

Ordered a Spring Hedgerow Bouquet for our daughter's birthday. When it arrived there was absolutely no scent whatsoever, with the age of the plants questionable. When this was raised with Wild At Heart we got a pretty frosty, arrogant response. Given that this small bouquet was nearly £100 including central London delivery, it was a complete waste of money. Our advice - give this company a miss and go elsewhere.

I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday. Gave plenty of notice. Nothing. No flowers arrived. Not even sent. I am incredibly angry. They did not even have the courtesy to tell me that had messed up.

Once this firm were something. Now, not so much. You cannot trade on past glories and offer rubbish service.

Remember this florist when living in the UK and used to be amazing. Ordered a next day delivery for my fathers 97th birthday which didn’t turn up until 7pm! Phoned them after lunch to find out where they were and got some bunch of lies Never using them again.

The Flowers bouquet are extremely dense and very beautiful. The flowers very fresh. They are delivered in one day which is very fast. However, considering that I spent £90 on a bouquet, I expected the bouquet to be more generous. It was very small.

I ordered my bouquet and matching buttonhole on 8th September before reading any reviews. I really loved the website and how perfect it all looks. 2 days before my wedding, I get an email at 6pm to say that they forgot to post them. I wish I read these reviews before making the order..
