"Ordered flowers to be delivered to a…"

Ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend as a birthday gift, inputted their delivery address and paid through Apple Pay.

I did not receive an email confirmation but a confirmation they had been shipped - this email did not confirm the shipping address.

Flowers arrived at my house - I called Wild At Heart who said this happens when people pay using Apple Pay. I asked for the flowers to go my friend again and they said they’d email me with confirmation of what they could do since it was an error.

They never emailed me so I emailed them when the birthday had gone saying how disappointing- they then did email along with an invoice for the full amount again even though the birthday had been missed. They didn’t even take off the delivery fee.

Flowers nice but could have bought from a local florist for half the cost. I used a different florist to place a fresh order.

I can only think Nikki Tibbles has nothing to do with the day to day running of her delivery business as I think she’d be mortified to hear of such basic errors. Her shop is fabulous.

"Don’t use this company"

Don’t use this company, there are too many other companies that are better. I ordered flowers for a special occasion and they turned up a day late. It’s overpriced too for what you get. The customer service is non existent. Pointless busines. I’m could do better with no experience is this industry.

"Consistently bad florist"

I ordered one medium bouquet and a vase from Wild at Heart in December 2023 at a cost of £167.50 and this included next day delivery. The flowers arrived the next day but it was not the bouquet I had selected and there was no vase. My mother opened the note and it was a bereavement note. This was not the note I had written and not the flowers I ordered and was missing the vase. It upset my mum and I complained to Wild At Heart. They said they were "willing" to send a replacement order and they also refunded the order but they kept the £12.50 delivery fee. I would say this could be a one off but I have ordered from this company previously and there is always an issue with the order and the quality of the flowers is very poor and they only last a couple of days. I always get the impression that this company could not care less about their customers as they have wealthy clients in London including corporate companies and if that is the case they should stop offering national delivery asap.

Rude and unhelpful sales assistant at Notting Hill. Plus, their flowers aren’t special to justify their price! I regret buying here.

"Mum’s anniversary flowers ruined thanks to poor customer service"

I bought flowers for my mum’s anniversary. I bought them weeks in advance to make sure that they arrived on time. They were picked up late from Wild at Heart, which they didn’t tell me. They were then not delivered until a whole day after the anniversary, when no one would be in. Given flowers die pretty quickly you’d think the company would get in touch to let you know they’ll be late and if it was still convenient to deliver a day late. They didn’t, despite the price point. Really disappointing, terrible customer service (they blamed DPD) and didn’t offer a solution other than delivering half dead flowers 2 days late. Will not be using them again. Would suggest you don’t either. Unless you want dried, dead flowers, excuses and blaming others.

"Do not use this florist at Liberty…"

Do not use this florist at Liberty London. They took £60 from my daughter who is a student snd provided flowers which died after a couple of days. My daughter immediately contacted Wild At Heart and they have simply ignored her messages. My daughter went 80th Liberty today and was told that she had been sent an email. However, having undertaken a search on all her emails there is clearly no communication at all. The customer service is appalling, the flowers are poor quality and extremely expensive and my daughter is distressed that the flowers she bought following a family bereavement to give to a relative were of such poor quality that they didn’t even last 48 hours. Avoid at all costs?

"Completely messed up a ten year anniversary gift"

I ordered flowers for my partner for our ten year anniversary. I get an email just the day before saying they wouldn’t be able to fulfill the order on time.

I specify that any replacement flowers would need to be cat safe and receive a response assuring me the specific flower would be. But a quick google search clearly indicates those flowers pose a risk to cats.

So I agree to receiving the flowers late - as in, my husband wouldn’t get his flowers for our TEN year anniversary. I get asked for a delivery time preference and never receive confirmation that the time I indicated works and I should expect them then.

While this was disappointing enough, this morning - the new delivery day - my husband gets a call (I had put his info for the delivery) and is told that they won’t be able to deliver the flowers.

He’s offered different flowers at a higher (!!!) price point. I can’t believe I’d still be charged, even more, for their failure to deliver on my order.

My husband asked that I be refunded and my hope is that this happens immediately.

I’m sad I didn’t check these reviews earlier because it’s clear that they’ve failed to deliver quality service on other people’s special days, as well.
