And give the recipient great pleasure.

Firstly delivery was below expected standard. Not left in designated place as requested but by front door and though it clearly showed which way up to keep the box, it was left standing on it’s side which didn’t do the wreath any favours and damaged it!
Sadly wreath was underwhelming and didn’t come up to expectations or look like picture on website. Damage from delivery may have contributed to this but not wholly. Previous Christmas wreath and flower bouquet purchases were lovely but this spring wreath was disappointing and it wasn’t cheap.
I should have taken photos but was extremely busy and had other priorities. I made the best of the wreath as I needed it to place on my son’s grave. It also did not last well, though kept moist.
Sorry but you did ask and I have now lost confidence in purchasing from you though delivery company have responsibility too. Shame because you do really lovely, different flowers.

The flowers when they arrived were beautiful, however getting them delivered took phone call and emails, and although the issues were addressed, little ownership was taken. On the phone call, I was pushed to describe features of the recipients house (not easy when you don't live there and you are at work).

For the price and the delivery charge not a great experience. We also used before for some condolence flowers that were delivered to a neighbour with no notification to the recipient. You may have lovely flowers but the experience suggest they need a better delivery option. There are three of us, due to these experiences, who will not use Wild at Heart again.
