Wild at Heart

"An absolute disgrace!"
Please, please do not use this florist. We had all our wedding flowers from Wild at Heart and they arrived half dead, drooping with brown edges, not as per the brief and in the wrong vases. Petals were wilting from my bridal bouquet all over the floor as the peonies were dying. They were an absolute disgrace!!! Despite members of staff coming back on the wedding morning to fix it, the flowers were still not right and significantly impacted our wedding day. My bridal bouquet was greatly smaller than expected for approx £150 and the bridesmaid was about 7 flowers tied together - not £85 worth! From dragging bin bags of dead flowers out of our venue in front of our guests to wet seats and delaying me getting ready (as they re-did my bouquet in the entranceway of our room on the floor!!) We were and still are, completely gutted and heartbroken. Since the day they've taken 7 days to reply to emails and are very unapologetic. From one bride to another, please do NOT trust them as they simply cannot provide quality flowers or service.

"Very disappointed, can’t live off past reputation - go elsewhere!!"
Very unhappy with quality of medium bouquet for £95 which did not look at all like the one on website and was very mediocre and not worth more than half the price (see difference in photos below ). Disappointing!
Also paid £12 for next day delivery and was neither notified of dispatch or delivery, having to chase the next day myself.
Emailed next day to say I was unhappy with bouquet but received no response which I think is bad customer service for a florist of this calibre and reputation.
Will definitely not use again.

"It’s more than a disappointment!!!"
What a disappointment. They launched peonies season and posted gorgeous images on Instagram. I love peonies and treated myself to a bouquet. The flowers arrived wilted, one is already dead and wonder if the others will ever open as they seemed glued together!. £70 for a pure scam!

"Complete scam, overpriced tiny bouquets"
Complete scam! My boyfriend ordered what was supposed to be a "supreme deluxe" bouquet worth £250. They explicitly state it is c.50cm diameter on their website.
What we got was a simple bouquet (c. 20 roses and other small stuff) which was less than 35cm! We even measured it (and such size would have been £130). You can get similar flowers for less than £100 in whole foods....Really spoiled Valentines day surprise and we'll never use this overpriced service again.

"Lovely flowers but delivery issues"
So I’ve used Wild at Heart previously and they provided amazing flowers but at a premium. I bought an anniversary bouquet for my wife which was over £100. Despite ordering in good time it came right at the end of the day. The flowers were beautiful but a pretty modest size. I did get in touch about the delivery time and I was sent a holding message but it was never followed up. I feel this was a great florist which is resting on its laurels and is milking its once good name. I will check out local florists for my next purchase.

"Appalling"
Appalling. Placed an order on 16th September for a very large (£165.50 incl a £10 charitable donation) bouquet birthday delivery for 20th September to a friend who lost her husband to Covid this year. No delivery. No apology. No phone call. I had to ask my friend about the flower delivery in order to discover they had not been delivered. Shocking service. When I phoned I was told, Very sorry. Human error. Would I like a free vase? I am bombarded with advertising from Wild at Heart but they simply cannot do what they advertise. Am so upset for my (already devastated) friend. Kitty

"Totally misleading"
The flowers are beautiful but my friend had shown me he had sent £195 deluxe bouquets every month and I was baffled as they were sooooooo small and lacklustre had assumed he was sending the small version. If you are going to be a premium florist charging a premium price the flowers need to
Meet the requirement. I will not let him use them again so £2400 or so from him you wo t be receiving

"Gorgeous flowers for my friends 50th…"
Gorgeous flowers for my friends 50th birthday- I ordered the day before her birthday, they arrived on her birthday and made her a very happy women.
Wild at Heart flowers are beautiful and are absolutely as beautiful, if not more, than the pictures on the website.
Very, very happy.

"Appalling service"
Appalling service. Paid a lot for birthday flowers to be sent on a specific day. They forgot to send them at all. And what's worse is that they only told us when it was far too late to do anything about it - they could have rung and told is much earlier / left a working number (not one where the lines were closed) but didn't. Avoid.
