Arrangement was not at all as pictured, did not come with a vase as pictured/ and no option was given to select a vase at check out and the floral arrangement was so skimpy and small very unlike what I was expecting given that I chose the largest size available and paid £250 - quite disappointing.

"Stunning flowers zero communication "

The flowers were absolutely stunning, but unfortunately, I had no opportunity to include a note on the website. I then emailed the note, but received no response. After trying to call multiple times with no answer and sending several emails without any reply, I had to mention that I am not located in England and had to send someone with the note. Eventually, the note was added, and it turned out to be a simple resolution by responding with a "done." This would have saved a hectic day. Nevertheless, it all worked out in the end, and the flowers are truly beautiful.

"Brown roses in bouquet"

Very very disappointing bouquet sent from my friend after the death of my uncle. The roses were brown. I took pictures and emailed them to the company. No reply. One day later, they replied saying thank you for getting in touch about ‘the issue’ and to confirm my address. No apology. Next day, email said a replacement would be sent after ‘the flowers were damaged in transit’ I replied, the flowers were dead not damaged in transit and deliver on an alternative day. I also said my friend should be refunded as they were so expensive. No reply.
No flowers received today as agreed!!
Not good customer service.
