Bouquet was very poor, despite using WaH lots of times in the past

I raised it a couple of days later when I visited the recipient, and was told I should have raised it within 24hrs. Ie they didn’t care

No peonies in bouquet received as a gift:
The first bouquet only lasted a couple of days before foliage and flowers started turning brown and black and petals dropping off, and they honoured the 5 day guarantee and replaced it (which is great) but still no peonies. It is misleading that they still have the peony collection on the website when they clearly aren't available any more, to send bouquets with a particular flower replaced would usually be fine (substituting due to availability is normal), but not when they are literally advertising them as the 'peony collection'. Disappointing.
