Gorgeous fringed tulips but not totally white like website suggested, they are pink also despite me requesting a refund if they were not white.

I have bought from wild at heart before but never online… unfortunately this time my order arrived with the pots all laying on their side and the roses bent and broken… earth spilt blooms broken.

I sent a polite email just to let them know, not requesting a refund or anything else…

I did not even receive a response… which is sad as they are a lovely florist…

Lovely flowers in the past. But now they are using DPD. A negative development. Usually the wild at heart delivery person is excellent but DPD is a massive step down in quality. Flowers are now put in a box which has clearly been thrown around. They are so mishandled that you open the box to find squashed flowers. Terrible. I have used Wild at Heart for years but DPD delivery will stop me from doing so. No longer a premium service.
