My friend sent me a bouquet of flowers and they turned up already withered. I sent an email and they suggested that one had sweated in transit the whole bouquet was withered. They have no interest in resolving any issues. The flowers were dead within 2 days. Very disappointed with the flowers and customer service is shocking

Only half of the bouquet survived as they were turned on their side during transportation and they dried out. I sent an email to the company and they did not respond.

Flowers were lovely! Annoyingly I specifically selected Thursday delivery in the checkout, which was my girlfriend's bday, but they were delivered on the Wednesday. Not a massive deal, but better to just not offer a day selection at checkout if you can't stick to the correct day. Thanks!
