They are total scammers they gave me a watch absolutely filthy and dirt returned it and trying to hold my money now over 2 weeks. Still have no refund or watch just don’t buy from this company

Bought a refurb 11.6" acer touchscreen laptop via wowcher; shipped within 2 days of wowcher passing on details to supplier, Royal Mail notification of shipping sent an hour later, and delivered the next day. Item has been refurbished well and is fully operational. No comms direct from company but overall experience was good (only failure was on wowcher not passing on the redemption info quickly!).

Description of the item was spot on and the packaging allowed for a protective arrival with me. The chrome book just joined with my wifi and off it jolly well it went,this is my first time with recycling goods and I am sure I do it again and keep this company in my list of providers for sure.

If I could give zero stars I would do. I purchased a laptop through Wowcher and it never arrived. Very poor customer service, minimal communication, I waited over 2 months for a reply and the whole experience has been dreadful. Avoid this company at all costs. Go buy from a reputable source as these people are cowboys.

This company is concerning, they do not provide refunds for faulty product, continually using delay tactics. I have reported them to Trading Standards and it’s really important for others to also escalate this for them to be investigated. Reviews are good to prevent others from buying from them but it is equally as important that they are reported to prevent others being exploited by this company. Also report to insolvency agency in go v uk site they investigate scams and this company are clearly scamming people.
