"Delivery was fast but the product…"

Delivery was fast but the product itself was poor. Extremely pixelated around the edge of the watch, I dont know how that can be sold on again. Didn’t come with a charger so had to purchase on separately. Overall very unhappy with the purchase and immediately returned it.

"Don't expect too much!…"

I realise that this was quite cheap but some of the keys stick and the touch screen does not always work. I hadn't realised that the Acer Chrome book does not support Microsoft word etc - it says it will open a word doc or ppt and they would then be operable in word etc - but that isn't so.
Had various dates given as to when the product would arrive - it didn't come on any of them - but time reasonable.

I was worried after reading the reviews but my item was delivered 1 day later than I'd paid for (but it was later in the day that I ordered next day delivery, so this can be forgiven).

The item itself (an apple watch) was well packaged and although not brand shining new, a few minor scratches etc, it works fine and for less than a quarter of the price of a new one - I am pleased with it.

Would have helped if it had came with a instruction book for those that aren’t computer savvy, having a difficult job trying to figure out how to add things on it.

"Worst refurbished Chromebook ever!!!!"

I ordered a Chromebook through Wowcher which took longer than expected even though I paid for express delivery. When it arrived the screen had bubbles in it. As it was a birthday present I wanted it to be perfect so returned it at a cost of £13 (Which I did get refunded). The replacement took longer than expected (around 2 weeks) which meant it was late for my daughter's birthday. When we opened the replacement we found this one was just as bad as before. They have offered to replace it again but I don't want to wait 2 weeks or more for the replacement unit but they have offered to pay for a partial refund which I have accepted as my daughter is very excited about having a Chromebook and it does work well apart from the bubbles.

Update: I have amended my rating from 1 to 2 since being contacted by Wowcher and receiving a refund (£3!) and the laptop now received is actually quite good.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. I ordered a laptop through Wowcher. I redeemed the voucher then paid extra for express delivery. It was stated in black and white that my laptop would be delivered on or before a specified date.
My laptop was 4 days late so I emailed to ask for a refund of the extra I’d paid. I sent photo proof of the delivery date. It wasn’t much but I was irritated it was late.
I spent a whole morning emailing back and fore arguing with them. The gist of their long explanations seemed to be it was Wowcher’s fault and nothing to do with them. In that case they should take it up with Wowcher as it was nothing to do with me. I paid for delivery and promised it would be delivered on the specified date.
Honestly for the sake of refunding a couple of pounds they could have avoided this bad review.
