Utterly appalling company. I bought a “refurbished” MacBook Air which arrived needing a password, which meant I could not use it and had to return it at my own expense. I then cancelled the order but they have posted another one back to me. Customer service is a waste of time and I very doubt that I will receive a refund. Do not buy from this company.

I purchased an Apple Watch through Wowcher which arrived in the allotted time. However on arrival the watch was scratched and damaged. It didn’t turn on and wouldn’t charge. I informed Renew Electronics I didn’t want another watch (this was a birthday present which was ruined). I returned this product to them 4 weeks ago and they still haven’t refunded me. Pretending to raise replacements even when emails specifically say no refund only. I’ve chased them again and they they said 7 days this was 12 days ago, when they continue to add 24/48 hours (which I know the refund still won’t be made). Please don’t use this company, you’ll receive faulty goods and very unlikely to get your money back. I am now taking legal action against them in order to get my money back

So ordered from Wowcher, cancelled within 10 minutes. Was advised I couldn't cancel which is a breach of Consumer Rights legislation. Was then advised they didn't have the item so was then allowed to cancel, which is odd? Then within 30 minutes get a dispatch notification for the item that was cancelled and that they didn't have in stock. Now I have to wait for the item to arrive, refuse it, wait for them to get it back and then wait another 7 days for them to process and a further 5 days after that so all in all if I get my money back it'll have taken close to a month!!! AVOID
