The only way to deal with this scummy company is to return items ,which they have to pay for the return cost ( so send back recorded delivery so they cant denie they received it) then make sure you demand a refund and don't listen to there attempts to lie and convince you your not entitled ( do not accept a replacement) and then it's renewed Electronics who will lose money and maybe just maybe they will stop sending broken items or even go out of business

Please BEWARE buying from this company I placed an order paying for express delivery and this was not carried out the order arrived late and I had to buy the Apple Watch from somewhere else so as to not let my Granddaughter down. After contacting Renew electronics I was told to refuse delivery and I would get a refund once they received it back, that was 4 weeks ago and I have still not received my money back after several emails and promises. I am on a pension and the loss of this money is making me stressed. I hope this review will stop someone else from going through this.

"The strap is awful"
The strap is awful. Caught it and the watch fell on to the tile floor and smashed so a lot of money for nothing. Not supplied with the charger so cost £35 to buy one.

Really not I’m pressed that’s two orders on the trot we have been stitched up by these cowboys first with an iPad that that was crap and now with an Apple Watch that suddenly decides it wanted to lock me out and not take the passcode I put on it and as before they just blank you well trading standards have complaint number two and this time we ain’t letting it drop and I’m amazed Wowcher deal with scammers but no problem we will boycott Wowcher to just be careful people dealing with these two companies you will pay good money for aggrevation and be scammed be warned

STILL WAITING FOR A SOLUTION!
Bought a refurbished Mac £199 from this store, paid priority delivery and it arrived arrived locked to its past owner, which means IT WAS NEVER CHECKED NEITHER REFURBISHED, and with a wrong charger.
I was told by customer service that I need to send back and wait 5 + 7 businesses days .... for them to REPAIR IT?
It's advertised as REFURBISHED -
I bought it refurbished, who's AT FAULT here?
All the reviews are crap, and seems it's something this store does often.
Send faulty items to people, ask for them to return back and never refund them.
I want a real solution, and it won't be sending it back and not getting my money.
Wowcher, you're protecting sellers that scam people through you?

When we receive a returned device, it takes up to 3 working days to be processed back into our system and a further 5 working days for repair.
Unfortunately, if the item is activation locked like this, this would not be something we are able to rectify remotely, we would need the item back to resolve this

Yes I understand it, but I cannot wait that long, this is a fault on your side not mine, this should have been checked before sending the item out.
I am asking to please have a resolution to this issue, as I cannot wait the time for the return, repair and resend out process.
As mentioned I need it for work this week, I work from home and only have a tablet.
Can a item similar to this be sent out while this one is sent to you, if no other option is available than waiting, please refund my money, and I'll post to return item to you.

Would give 0 stars if I could! Bought a series 4 Apple Watch from Wowcher - wish I read these reviews before ordering!!! Paid for next day delivery, item hasn’t arrived nearly 1 week later. Contacted Renew Electronics to be told it hasn’t been dispatched yet - baring in mind the watch was supposed to be for a birthday gift. Asked for a full refund and they can’t cancel an order after being place and I have to reject the parcel so it returns back to them to get a refund??? Even though the watch hasn’t been dispatched yet??? A TOTAL SCAM. Contacted wowcher for a refund and they’re not helpful at all so I’m having to go through my bank to claim it as a fraud to get my money back. A total scam - avoid at all costs!!! Wish I read these reviews before ordering!! Never ever again!

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought an iPad from this company through wowcher. iPad arrived and wouldn’t hold its charge, it was clearly faulty, so I returned it the next day and went through the rigmarole of requesting a refund. Various emails back and forth with Bethany, supposed Head of customer Service. I was clear all along that I wanted a refund not a replacement. After them having my money and the returned iPad for 3 weeks Bethany then tells me they’ve issued a replacement and it’s already on its way. I don’t want the iPad now as I have no faith in this company, but I can’t seem to get my money back either. They must make a fortune out of unsuspecting customers by supplying sub standard/faulty products then not giving money back. ABSOLUTE JOKE…AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
