Still waiting over 3 months for a replacement phone to be posted. My original phone has been with them since January and each month my mobile phone cost needs paying without a phone.
This is 2nd time I have had to send back the phone as under warranty.
Do not order a phone with this company.
There are many better companies offering refurbished phones.
Disgraceful service.

I wish I could give zero star. Worst even customer service. The apple watch series3 product advertised in wowcher site stating it is of good quality came with too many scratches on the screen which hindered the view of the screen. There was one permanent dent that almost made the screen look like shambles. To top it, I had to spend almost £20 pounds go get to delivered to me and to send it back for a refund. The customer services are ruthless with next to no proper response on refunds. I had been getting the same reason for every email that I send to them asking for a status update on the refund. The only statement that I get is the team has it and is due to send a refund request to wowcher and it will be made as priority to prevent any further delay. Same response from customer service more than 6 times and still no refund. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM!

Got a refurbished Apple Watch through wowcher. Item exactly as described. Arrived about 6 days late but no issues at all with it. Customer services were responsive and helpful when contacted regarding the delay.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone if I’m honestly we paid extra for delievery to be here on time for my sons birthday and it still hasn’t arrived was due the 23rd March and still waiting! Won’t be ordering again!

"Apple Watch series 3 poor quality"

Ordered an Apple Watch series 3 through wowcher and like many others have said, has come with a lot of scratches. I understand it was used but to say this is “good” quality is not true in the slightest. The watch itself works with no issues but the look is just terrible. I won’t bother sending back or looking for a refund after seeing so many have issues doing that.

Brought an Apple Watch via wowcher before checking reviews, had I checked first I’d have not brought however glad I hadn’t. Watch came in perfect condition and for a great price. Had to buy a charger but that’s explained on the page. Very happy.

"Terrible quality of my i watch"

I purchased a refurbished i watch through Living Social.
It arrived covered in scratches & quite frankly wasn’t fit for purpose. There was a huge scratch across the screen. I was so disappointed & couldn’t believe they could send a product in such a terrible state.
I returned it and although I had confirmation they had received it back It took me a lot of emails and a couple of weeks to finally get a refund. Well it wasn’t strictly a refund, but a credit with Living Social, but I suppose that is better than nothing.
