Ordered through wowcher never again!! Still not received my order emailed company was told it would be here this week and still nothing! Have been given various delivery dates poor communication from wowcher and renew electronics.. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered two items from Wowcher. Once ordered and processed both had the delivery date of the 15th, One item arrived perfectly fine however the laptop didn’t. I emailed renew electronics and to be fair Bethany was excellent, she told me that the item had only been sent to the courier service and I would actually be waiting a further 5 days as they deliver 7-10 working days after the order. This was not once mentioned throughout the order process and was lead to believe it would arrive on the 15th. I have since cancelled the order altogether and now have to wait another 7 working days to claim the refund. Would not recommend anyone order from here as they are more hassle than what they’re worth. Definitely learnt my lesson.

I ordered a refurbished apple watch from Wowcher stating delivery on or before 10thNov. Needless to say it did not arrive. After countless emails between me them and wowcher it still has not arrived. After countless WhatsApp messages they tell you the same thing! It will be dispatched either today or tomorrow. Same message both days? Absolute joke of a company, still not received it and have decided to go down the legal route if the bank cannot get my money back! COMPLETELY AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

0 stars if I could !! Placed an order for 2 iPads I got told it would be delivered on the 8/10/21 the items were not delivered then. I had a phone call from a lady telling me that the iPads I ordered were out of stock baring in mind I already paid for them and they was in stock at this point and that it if I wanted to exchange it for an iPad 3 instead I said I would prefer a refund. After constant emails and messaged through WhatsApp I got nowhere they told me they would proceed my refund within 5/7 working days. Today I got an email saying my order has been delivered they sent me ONE I pad ONE that I said I did not want. Now sorting it out with my bank as this company is useless!!!

Their customer service is rubbish you can contact them via email and WhatsApp to where I was told different things by different people, they led me on to believe my item was on its way…. After 6 weeks of endless chats and emails I had to get PayPal to get me a refund. Spam company, rubbish employees who don’t know anything
Failed to send item or clarify why it wasn’t sent
If you want cheap electronics…. Save up and buy them off Amazon or something because this company will give u a massive headache… that’s all they’ll give you
Be wary of this company as they’re on Wowcher. To be fair even Wowcher shouldn’t be blindly trusted.
Stupid rubbish scam company. Would not even recommend to my worst enemy.

Up until PayPal we’re notified, renew and Wowcher started to blank all my emails and messages.

"Avoid!"

Bought an apple watch through living social (sister company to Wowcher).
Watch was posted in time, tracked and arrived. Unfortunately the watch didn't work. I posted the watch on a Thursday, it arrived with Renew Electronics the following Monday. I was advised my return will be processed in 5-7 working days. On the 8th day I had to ask for a refund after Bethany ignored my email.

It's a shame as the watch arrived in time, seemed it but was just faulty. If you can't keep up with the demand, stop partnering with Wowcher and other companies.

UPDATE - Wowcher finally offered me a cash refund.

I bought a brand new chrome book through wowcher and redeemed the voucher on the 8th august shipping was an extra £10 delivery was supposed to be a couple days it’s now the 1st September no laptop. They claimed to have sent a refund last week, didn’t receive refund. Spoke to wowcher today who has processed the refund! I’m not happy with either company!

I would give ZERO stars if I had the option.
Bought an refurbished iPhone 5 from wowcher them 2 years ago now and Renew Electronics was the supplier. Was charged £10 for having it sent by a signed for and showing ID delivery.
Since my neighbours downstairs had already stolen my post and 4 of my bikes i obviously needed this delivery service.
After 2 weeks there was still no phone and when I contacted wowcher they referred me to RENEW electronics and this company are a joke. Was told that my item has been delivered. When I contacted Royal Mail it transpired my phone had not been sent by any sort of special delivery that I’d paid for but my the postman described my neighbour as being the person who received my delivery.
I’m still trying to get my money back!!
I’ve had to report my phone theft to the dedicated postal fraud team but have been told that there is so much postal fraud in the UK that it will be around 3 Years before it’s looked at.
Since this neither wowcher or renew electronics have responded to my many emails.
My advice-DONT DEAL WITH EITHER OF THEM!
