Don’t waste your time or money with this company! I’m pretty sure it’s a scam,
I had an order with expensive delivery cost to get this pre Christmas as promised and still haven’t received this and have no replies, there is no contact number on their website either so you can’t even speak to anyone which I think that itself says a lot, I will never purchase anything from this company again as I think this is a scam

"Don't waste your money"

Don't waste your money, I ordered 3 Chromebooks from Wowcher paid £9.99 delivery per item and was told it would be guaranteed for the 21st December, the items never arrived. So I had sent an email and had a response stating my items are guaranteed to be delivered in time for the 25th which never happened now I've been told they will be delivered on or before the 28th. Which is too late for Christmas. This company is a sham. Don't charge people for guaranteed Christmas delivery and then don't deliver. I contacted them again asking for the delivery fee of £28.98 in total to be refunded. Each time I'm just being ignored. Save your money and shop elsewhere. I have 3 children who have woken up without Thier main gift.

Avoid like the plague. Wowcher code redeemed for an iPad, it took several weeks (genuinely 7-8 weeks) to deliver an iPad first series which obviously doesn't work. Sent back, and still awaiting a refund from either company. Avoid these and Wowcher.

ORDERED A LAPTOP ON 12/12/21 AND WAS ADVISED MY ORDER WOULD BE DELIVERED ON OR BEFORE 17/12/21. MY ORDER ARRIVED 2 DAYS LATE, BUT IT ARRIVED SAFE AND WELL!! THE LAPTOP IS IN GREAT CONDITION WITH BOTH UK AND UNIVERSAL LEADS. WELL DONE TO RENEW ELECTRONICS

EMAILED TELLING ME I WOULD RECIEVE BY 13 DECEMBER.
EMAILED AGAIN ON THE 17TH DEC TO BE TOLD IT WAS OUT OF STOCK AND OFFERED A DIFFERENT MODEL.
I ACCEPTED THE OFFER AND I WAS PROMISED IT WOULD BE DISPATCHED ASAP. STILL NO LAPTOP
NOW THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING MY EMAILS

"Absolutely fraud of a company"

Absolutely fraud of a company. Purchased a laptop on the 28th November with Wowcher guaranteed delivery with 10 days. Didn't arrive. False tracking number. Sent over 15 emails kept fobbing me off saying they are a small company and to bear with them. Asked for company number and directors name refused. Contacted Wowcher no help at all. Item did arrive wrong. Refused me a refund and now not replying to emails atall. Avoid like the plague do not use this diabolical company. Its definitely a scam and my sons birthday ruined. Disgusting behaviour.

Wouldn’t even give it 1 star ive been waiting for a laptop since 6th of December they keep sending generic emails saying make sure you redeemed your voucher which I did and I’ve show I did and since they’ve not been bothered to even contact me back! Going to have very upset and sad girl for Christmas! All I want is my money back so I can replace it absolutely disgusted at the customer service of both companies they can’t even be bothered to reply

"Not trustworthy"

I ordered an ipad for my son through pigsback on December 10th. Prior to paying it showed a delivery date of no later than December 17th. On December 13th I recieved an email from pigsback stating my item had been despatched and providing me with a tracking number. When I checked the tracking it was from a company called Ultimo electronics. The parcel was booked on the system and tracking shows the courier had not received it yet. I contacted the seller through pigs back and recieved a phonecard from Rohan who said he was with Renew electronics. He said my item had not been dispatched and assured me that it would go out no later than December 16th for a 24/ 48 hour delivery and that my tracking would update by 6.30 that evening. This did not happen. This morning I called back the number he called from and it wouldn't connect. I started searching for a number for renew electronic and could not find anything. I looked up the company on companies House and it said the company dissolved in December 2015. I then searched for the company that was on my tracking called Ultimo. I contacted them and spoke to someone who confirmed my ipad had not been dispatched yet and they were hoping it would be despatched by Sunday. I asked to speak to Rohan and was advised he was on a call and would call me back in 5 minutes. I have not recieved a call back. I am disgusted by the actions of this company. They are trading under 2 different names and I do not believe they are trustworthy. To anyone trying to contact them look up the number for Ultimo electronics and you will find it. I am now in the process of contacting trading standards. I would not order from this company
