"Avoid this company."

Avoid this company.. bought an ipad.. couldn't install any apps at all.. apple say the reconditioned parts were over ten years old!! They won't refund or take any responsibility.. disgraceful.

Avoid - scam! I purchased a Chromebook through Wowcher. When it arrived it would only connect to Wifi on a guest profile and was so old it would likely not update. I returned the item immediately and contacted RE direct. I responded to the email they had sent me when I had requested to return via Wowcher.. no response, TWICE. Terrible customer service and a scam company. Thankfully Wowcher have refunded me and given me a credit for the return postage.

"Pleased with order"

I ordered a Chrome book through Wowcher for my son who desperately wanted one. I later saw the negative reviews going on and became concerned about my order. I contacted Wowcher who spoke to Renew Electronics and I received a message back. They told me that I would get my order within 10 working days and not the time frame stated on Wowcher. Surely enough the chrome book arrived, well packaged, with two power cables and in a good condition and working order. Needless to say that my son is extremely pleased and so am I with what we received from Renew Electronics

Only giving 1 as I can’t give 0 the worst company I’ve dealt with . No item received abs it’s been 6/7 weeks since order , woucher are just as bad passingke bakc n forth on customer service on WhatsApp get in contact and give me my refund

Was sold a laptop that is that old you can’t update it so of no use! As this was purchased for a Christmas present I was out of the return time frame and customer service refused to help me out. Stay clear of this company!!

I cannot understand why Wowcher as using such an awful company and I have written to their head office advising them to look at this page and as them for all of the contacts they’ve had.

Bought an iPad off then on 2nd December which finally after complaining to Wowcher was despatched on the 8th and arrived smashed with a broken box on 10th December.

This was then sent back to them after again having to complain to Wowcher as the company didn’t want to know.

They then said I had broken it and sent it back to me smashed and then after a month of arguing they took it back again along with photographs of the damaged item they now have the item, the photographs every thing and still won’t give a refund.

The photos my husband took and I copied with a screen shot so apparently I’ve lied about that. I did explain I didn’t know any other way to do it. I’m 52 I don’t own a laptop just a phone that’s It.

They haven’t even asked for my husbands copy of the photos but apparently they have a forensic team that looks at date stamps.

Honestly being disabled and quite ill I should just let it go but why should they be allowed to treat people like this.

They have called me a liar, have been abusive and just horrific to deal with.

I have asked for every bit of j formation they have on me and also all phone recordings etc as I intend to go to as many press outlets and martins money to earn people about this company.

Wether I get it will be another thing!

This has been with my bank since 8th December and takes approximately 8 weeks. They have to give the company chance to reply. This is something else they accused me of lying about?!? Why would I lie about my bank being involved it’s hardly a big thing. They’re my bank of course I would involve them.

Best bit of advice is to stay clear of this company but anything you buy from anyone over the internet buy it on a credit card

"Ordered an ipad air for my son via…"

Ordered an ipad air for my son via wowcher was told would be delivered by the 19th of Jan and if not to contact the company. I have now emailed 3 times with no answer at all, not even a automated email to say someone will contact you. I personally completely blame wowcher for using a company like this, and then taking no blame for anything.
There seems to be no contact for this company and looks like it was dissolved in 2015.
Worst part is having to say to my kid that there ipad ain't turned up yet and then him crying and me a single dad trying to explain its not my fault without feeling like the worst dad in the world.
