Yes - there was a time lapse with regards to delivery but reply's to my e-mails were swift.
Product arrived as was stated.
Taking into consideration the price, COVID and xmas I could not have asked for more - thank you!

"Contrary to common belief....."

I recently received a refurbished Acer Chromebook from Renew Electronics. After I placed the order I read the Trustpilot reviews and nearly cancelled the order. I'm glad I didn't. Admittedly, it came a day after I expected it, but it is in excellent condition, works perfectly and has all the required connections. All this is contrary to what previous reviewers had led me to believe. Well done Renew Electronics.

I received the order having used a wowcher deal, however the quality of the product is very poor and I cannot reach this company for a refund or replacement, save your money for a reputable company and just buy new

"It did arrive"

Ok so I ordered an apple iPad Air on 30th November via wowcher. It was due to arrive on 3rd December or before, the day came and no iPad. I left it for a few days and still no iPad. That’s when I stumbled across the reviews on trust pilot and safe to say I thought I had made a massive mistake with ordering through this company.
I immediately sent renew electronics and wowcher an email about my order etc.
I was starting to worry as it was my daughters Christmas present and was hoping I didn’t just lose all that money.
Wowcher responded pretty much asap and gave me Royal Mail tracking number and told me it was due today 10/12/21.
I tracked the parcel and it arrived safely this morning. My daughter is going to love it.
The only reason for the 3* review is that I believe they really need to work on their communication with the customers. Also the get in touch part of their website bounces the messages back so I think that needs looking at.

My mum ordered an iPad from this company in November that was set to arrive December 3rd. It did not arrive and as per Wowchers website I contacted the company on behalf of her. The first response i received was a “sorry about this we will look into it” response. When I asked for an update I was told that because it’s the busy time of year they couldn’t give me an accurate delivery date. I’ve no idea when this iPad will arrive and they have not been very forthcoming with information. She will likely give up and get her money back.

I’m really shocked to see the reviews below as I’ve had a really good experience with them, I ordered a iPad on wowcher and unfortunately it wasn’t the right model needed and I emailed and had such a fast response and allowed me to send back to refund and everytime I have emailed they have been so fast and helpful, I actually wish other company’s were like them, thank you very much and definitely would use in the future

Ipad recieved a day early, works well and packaged really well, only downside is it didnt come with a charging cable

Wish i had read reviews before purchasing, emailed the company on 5 separate occasions and heard nothing. Wowcher have not been helpful either. Still no product appalling service. Avoid

Absolutely under no circumstances should you deal with this company. I have just raised a dispute through my bank . I ordered a laptop through Wowcher that should of arrived by the 24 or earlier. 26 still no sign. Contacted 6 xs every time told wait 24 hours for a response, then when they respond they as what the problem is again , then say wait 24 hours. Absolute joke . This company have probably caused strokes and heart problems. Do not touch them . Or Wowcher for that matter
