Via wowcher I purchased a phone from this company. Six days after my expected delivery date I haven’t got it! I’ve asked them numerous of times to cancel this order as it was for my daughter who has now left without being able to take the phone with her. I’ve been ignored throughout the process until this morning they email to say dispatched?!?! The order should of been cancelled!! I will raise a dispute with PayPal because IF this ever arrives I will not be paying the return cost & I will expect a full refund including the extortionate 10:99 delivery fee I paid to get it here on time?!? I would avoid using this company at all!! (Wowcher have been no help either!!)

I purchased a chromebook for my daughter through wowcher but it wouldn’t retain a charge. I returned it for repair in October 2021 but despite numerous requests for its return, after six months, I have still not received it! I will be asking trading standards to look into this company.

Bought a refurbished Apple Watch from Renew Electronics via Groupon for a Xmas present but has never been used simply because it won’t charge anymore than 15 mins !!!!

"Just the job"

After ordering my laptop via Wowcher, I was a little concerned after reading these reviews.
However, after my delivery date had passed I got in contact via email and I had a reply from them within half an hour. They were friendly and helpful and basically, it will be ten working days from when you order it and Wowcher don’t make this clear.
So after knowing this, it was a pleasant surprise to receive my laptop this morning, perfectly packaged with care, set up and connected quickly, and just the job.
For what I paid for it I’m not expecting the moon on a stick, it’s exactly right for the price.
I’m very pleased.

Terrible service all round.
Laptop delivered a lot later than the wowcher estimated delivery.
The laptop they sent me is years older than the item i has purchased. It is old and no longer fit for purpose.
If it sounds like a good deal, its too good to be true.

I wish i had done my research before buying, AVOID!

Going off the reviews I got lucky, ordered a lenovo chrome notebook laptop, absolutely perfect not one problem with it, arrived a little later than expected but other than that everything's spot on.

Ordered a chrome book via wowcher. Took three weeks to arrive. Large scratch across the screen. Very poor. Wouldn’t order again.

I expected wear and tear as this is a refurbished item, but a large 3 inch scratch affecting visibility? Nah.

Avoid at all costs.

"Extremely Poor Customer Service Be Wary"

For Christmas I Purchased Two Refurbished Ipad Mini's for my Grandsons. Yes both were different prices, but I though nothing of it. So kids got there Ipads , unfortunately one would not play any games. On Checking with Renew Electronics, they advised that the one that does not play was an earlier model and the operating system will not play the games. I asked on several times if I could return the ipad and purchase a newer model and pay the extra price. Renew have said THEY WILL NOT. I think this is extremely poor customer service. Be wary about what you buy from this company.

Delivery was late, however when my item arrived it was packaged well. The item itself was described as used good but looked spotless. Read all the bad reviews, but I don't have any grievances about my order other than late delivery.
