Sold me a faulty iphone and now say they have, NO RECORD EVEN THOUGH I SENT ORDER NUMBERS

Con merchants AKA Ultimo Electronics hiding behind Wowcher as Renew Electronics.

For anybody who has had the same issues as me (older, broken models sent out then no replacement sent) here is the phone number 01508 500 242 for these despicable people.

"Purchased a laptop through WOWCHER"

Purchased a laptop through a promotion they had on WOWCHER, they sent a laptop worth less than a quarter of the price WITH a broken screen that had clearly not been tested. Was covered in dust and had tobacco in-between all they keys.

Returned the item, they acknowledged the return but heard nothing since.

I was unable to give XXXX🌟. I’ve already left a review I ordered a laptop for my grandson for Xmas 2021 I wrote to company beginning of December to say I’d like a refund as I had V purchased one from curry’s next day
Postman tried to deliver and left card to collect from office
I didn’t collect! So I complained again they sent another, which was returned
I received another which was promptly returned I get 1 email each week to say it’s being dealt with, I am know taking them to court, be very careful this company was dissolved in 2019!!
Wowcher are complicit in still using company it’s now 24 March still no refund!!

So Renew Electronics through Wowcher are actually/also called Ultimo Electronics. I called on 01508 500242 to enquire about the delivery of my order and they answered quickly and informed me of how there is a 10 day discrepancy from placing the order with Wowcher and when it should be with me. Great customer service. Wowcher should be a bit more up front with their customers to let them know about the time delays.

Told me i would get a new laptop didnt mention about insurance until after my laptop was checked apparently damaged i paid 70 for refurbished one only worked once im single mum unable to study with the laptop these scumbags from wowcher ripped me off and now sending me a faulty laptop.bk dont bloody work
