"Avoid this business at all costs"

Avoid this business at all costs. Terrible, terrible service. Ordered through Wowcher (regretfully), and paid £11.99 for "express" shipping with delivery to arrive on 18th Aug. No delivery. After chasing for a couple days was told I'd have updates shortly, reluctant to give tracking number. After going through Wowcher I was given a "tracking number" but advised it had not been shipped. Going to and fro with Bethany, who was supposedly trying to find out why it had not shipped and to see if they "even had it in stock". Will not cancel order or give refund, advising me to reject my delivery so they can refund it. Difficult to reject a delivery that has not been shipped.

Wish I’d read these reviews before I parted with my money. Asked for updates they just ignore me. Contacted Wowcher via WhatsApp and email. Again ignored. Had to make a claim through PayPal and still got to wait 3 weeks. I’m livid as this was needed. iWatch series 3 not received and no contact. Disgusting.

Ordered iphone x off wowcher then read these reviews, emailed to put mind at ease and replies were quick and helpful from bethany. Ordered on weds and received Monday on time packaged well and works perfectly :)

Do not use this company do not use woucher, having waited a month for a refurbished Apple Watch, it arrived faulty.
Returned asking for refund 3 weeks ago and still no refund, just promised they would be looking into by Bethany.
Contacted woucher who don’t appear to want to know and appear to have blocked me for no reason.

Update…. I have finally received credit to a Wowcher wallet, not what I requested, I asked for a refund so here we go again…….avoid

Do not use this company brought a Apple Watch on the 3rd of June that was ment to turn up on the 7th June still not received. Sent a few emails to finally get told I can have the smaller one quicker. Which I have emailed back asking for a refund as the smaller Apple Watch will be to small for me to be told they can not cancel my order will have to go through wowcher

Why am I not surprised to see this companies reviews is awful. Also if a lady Bethany gets back to you she is a liar, Bethany gives false information and disappears for five days. Shocking service. Stay away!!!

Awful service don't use. Bought refurbished apple watch via Wowcher. Didn't work when it arrived. Contacted them on 26th June, returned watch. On 15th July I'm still without a working watch.
