Just ordered an iPad for my daughter for Christmas (through Wowcher) and I read the reviews after purchase (silly I know) and I was actually quite nervous due to some bad reviews. The delivery date came and nothing had arrived which made me worry more …I emailed Renew electronics and I got an instant reply from Bethany who informed me that it’s been dispatched and gave me a Royal Mail tracking number that Wowcher or any confirmation emails didn’t provide. As I was able to track delivery my mind was put at ease. The pad came today and I’m thoroughly impressed, it looks brand new and works well.

I purchased a Leveno lap top refurbished from this company. I have to say the lap top was fine when it arrived . Very impressed. Unfortunately I did send the product back as my daughter gave me one that my granddaughter didn’t want. Which saved myself some money. The company were fantastic Bethany replied straight away to get the item returned free of charge by home collection Royal Mail. Well done to this company renew electronics for their speedy process. "I purchased an iPad Air"

I purchased an iPad Air. As it did not arrive within the ETA date, I emailed the company after 2 days to take into account the postal strikes.

Jess responded within the hour to my email, however that same day, I received my order. The iPad was not overly packaged, which is great to see, and in good working order with no scratches or previous signs of use at all, overall, very happy indeed.

This awful company sent me a 'reconditioned' Apple watch via Wowcher which was supposed to be in very good condition. What i received was so badly scratched you could barely see the screen, it looked like it had been in a car crash. I am not joking, I paid over £100 and it was worthless. I am still trying to get my refund from Wowcher (who have also been awful to deal with)
Warning - do not trust this company they are scammers. Do not buy deals on Wowcher either as it will turn out to be a rip-off.

Ordered apple watch through Wowcher, when it arrived it wouldn't hold charge. Contacted customer service and got a quick response back they agreed to repair /replace watch and sent me paid postage to return.
Item was returned and acknowledged and within 3 days had a working replacement. Have no complaints of their customer service.
