So, I left a review here a few weeks ago as I was in a big dispute with the company!

Basically, I got two Ipad Airs through Wowcher, which were not fit for purpose and the company were being very unhelpful in the matter. I then left a review and they agreed to refund the items and asked if I would take down my review. They sent me returns labels and I even got a email saying the items had been received. The refund should have been processed in 5-7 working days which would have been Monday at the latest (it is now Saturday) I emailed Monday and they said it would be 2 working days! Still no refund. Every time I email them I get a generic response and if I try to email directly from their page, the email address becomes a Wowcher address!!! Something is not right here and I am not £258 out of pocket!!

I have contacting the Ombudsman and I am not looking into writing the local paper of where this company is based.

Ordered a refurbed mini ipad 2 through Wowcher before reading poor reviews about this company, and wowcher but was very pleasantly surprised as I received the ipad in very good condition about 8 days later ,very well packed and sent by tracked mail. the ipad was in good condition and battery very good.

Bought a refurbished 64GB iPad Air through Wowcher. The company called me after I purchased the item to say they were sold out of iPad Air’s but offered a “free upgrade” to an iPad Air 2. I thought this was great, but it arrived and it was a refurbished 16GB Air2. (A product worth much less that the wowcher I paid for even when brand new). My daughter is devastated, she can’t download any games as the new iOS alone takes up pretty much all the memory. I6GB tablets are practically obsolete now, I think these charlatans are trying to offload their stock of them by scamming people through wowcher.

No stairs should be an option in this case! Robbing people from their money by selling goods that are not fit for purpose!
Causing only stress and wasting time ! Please be aware their refund policy is no refund but we won’t tell you till last day and then sent replacement with exact the same issue just next time it will be filthy and scratched ! Robbery! You should give all people their money back and apologise as how your customer service handle refunds is not acceptable.

Please do not use! My mum ordered an iPad Air for a Christmas present. She purchased a voucher via living social. When the iPad arrived we realised it’s so old that none of the latest versions or apps can be downloaded. We contacted the company but no response and we are now trying to claim the money back via the credit card company.

Paid £200 for an Apple iPad Air 2 69gb received apple iPad Air 1 16gb that was faulty barely worked. Sent back with the promise of receiving the device I paid for, that was three weeks ago now my emails are being ignored and I’m £200 out of pocket. Awful company

I would leave no stars if possible. Sent me a completely scratched and broken apple watch that was supposed to be a Christmas present. Returned on the 27th December, they confirmed receipt but are now ignoring my requests for a replacement (or at the very least, my money back). The customer service agent Bethany will be extremely rude, unhelpful and will eventually just ignore you. DO NOT USE - SCAM

Do not buy from them shocking selling broken watching offer to repair and give a 5-7 time frame 13 days later csnt give me any information still waiting for my watch

I bought a refurbished IPad Air 2 64GB but I only received an IPad Air 2 16Gb. When I contacted the company, they refused to pay for return of the device. They then refused to refund the difference in cost between the device I purchased and the device I received. I got no satisfaction from this company. I originally thought it may have been a genuine mistake, sending me an inferior device but now, I’m not so sure. My advice to any potential customers of this company is that you should look elsewhere.

Please Avoid these scammers at all cost! I purchased an IPad for my son for Christmas when it arrived I just wrapped it as it was a gift, on opening the product Christmas Day none of the apps work every time you load something the iPad crashes. I contacted Wowcher to assist whom told me I need to contact the merchant. I contacted the merchant who said I was out of warranty but to dispute this with Wowcher who sent me back to the merchant. I am being passed from pilar to post I have sent multiple messages to the merchant who blame Wowcher and multiple messages to Wowcher whom blame the merchant. Wowcher won’t help the merchant won’t help I have a faulty product and am out of pocket. I tried to do a charge back on my bank however they have refused as Wowcher furfilled there side by providing me with a voucher. This is how they get you you can’t do anything as you pay wowcher not the merchant and the merchant just provide the product. Wowcher do not protect there customers at all. If I had purchased this direct from a company I would have been able to do a charge back but this is how they get you. I will never ever use Wowcher again people should avoid these money making scammers. Lesson learnt I will definitely purchase things direct to avoid this in the future. However right now I have a product that doesn’t work and lost my hard earned money.
