Purchased the Apple IPad Air 16GB through wowcher. Emailed them a couple of times to find out the status of my order and received replies within minutes and they were very helpful. IPad arrived today and it is exactly what they were advertising. I was so happy with it i have noe gone and ordered a 64GB version from them also.

"Sent the wrong item no replacement or cash refund"

Sent the wrong item, promised a replacement. Now saying a refund but only in wowcher credit! I'm going in circles as wowcher won't give cash without a refund confirmation email- which apparently is too complicated for them. They've been trying to confuse me from the start the customer service is a joke.
Was told this morning 2 days for refund, now three a few hojrs later. Wowcher apparently havent had anything to say im being refunded despite the website saying wowcher credit refunds are immediate! Absolutely disgusted with them.

Got stuck in this trap!!! Been trying to cancel an order they said reject the delivery when it arrives and they will refund me my money. Where’s the bloody delivery?!? I order on January 31!!! How can you reject an order that hasn’t arrived! I just want to walk to their office and kick the door in just to get my money back! Wowcher no help at all! Will never use again.

As part of WOWCHER i wouldn't deal with this company. WOWCHER by a wide margin the worst customer service.ever experienced.

Would just like to say thanks for my iPhone X I ordered off Renew Electronics through wowcher the phone came well boxed with a charger lead and is in excellent condition

Similar experience as others. Bought a wowcher for an apple watch. They sent one and it was all scratched so asked for a replacement. They sent a second and it was also scratched, so I asked for refund.

They then said they couldnt as I was outside of the 30 days - I was by this time, but only as they had sent goods not matching the description. Avoid at all costs.

Am now trying to get a refund off wowcher but you can only contact them via whatsapp and its appalling service

Wrong item delivered,sent back second item faulty sound,sent back ,been waiting 14 working days now for it to be returned ,it states 5-7 working days for checking and repair and 5-7 working days to dispatch,if my maths are correct that is 14 working days.keep fobbing me off with irrelevant emails.
Do not use Wowcher or Renew Electronics 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Bought s refurbished ipad through wowcher. Not fit for use. Has inapproriate engraving on the back. Trying to state 30 day refund period has expired but their is postal strikes that are nationally publicised. WILL NEVER USE THEM OR WOWCHER AGAIN!! Contact me if similar issues as my family member works for the press!
