DO NOT BUY, Ordered an Apple Watch Series 3 through wowcher, wish I had read the reviews before… Apple Watch arrived quickly how ever does not turn on. Can not believe they are ok with selling an item that doesn’t even work.

Similar experience to others. 1st apple ipad tablet had a faulty battery, went from 100% to zero despite 3 days charging twice. Returned it. Replacement went missing after Royal Mail left in a "safe space" but it went missing as I was away for a few days, presumably stolen. They did send another replacement but it was damaged all round the edging so we didn't even attempt to use it and again returned it. They said they were sending another but had delays, citing staff shortages and Hugh demand. They then ceased contact when I began chasing after a few days. Have opened a dispute with my bank. Never use them again.

Received an Apple Watch Series 3 which is faulty and I have sent multiple requests to have the watch returned so I can get a refund and no one has ever got back to me. This is almost 2 months since I first requested this and still no reply!!!

This company shouldn’t be allowed to trade. Trading standards have been informed. I purchased a laptop which was never received. After chasing up the company to find out where my product was they informed me that it was my fault as it got lost in the post and on top of that it was down to me to chase up from the post office, after I tried with the post office I was informed that that they wouldn’t tell me as I was not the one who had a contract with them. I had to wait a further month for a refund which I’m still waiting for 2 months later. The customer service is extremely poor that they don’t even reply to emails. This is a disgrace. Take my advice and steer we’ll clear.

Wouldn’t even give them a half a star rating , service is appealing. Ordered an apple iPad on the 6th December didn’t receive anything at all. Got in touch with them for them to say to there will be a 30 day investigation which will lead to a replacement or a refund. Stil havnt heard anything from them we are now 3 months Down the line. Absolute scamming tw**ya wouldn’t trust buying anything. Jess the customer service advisor goes on asif she is being helpful when in actual fact she’s just doing you over aswell. So no iPad no money refunded no reply emails no nothing big lose for me and win for them.

Absolute disgusting service bought Apple Watch for grandson bought an Apple recharger because it did not recharge. My Grandson lives in France , was due to come for Christmas could not come. Came in January gave present still would not recharge. Sent it back no refund said would send replacement. No replacement, every time I ring they say it is in workshop!,,, it was my grand sons main present. His mother is dead and my son his father is having to live in France. He has no work or money. DO NOT TOUCH THESE PEOPLE WITH A BARGEPOLE, They are fully aware of our circumstances. I am 80 years old and now on pension credit.

Very poor service between these tools and Wowcher. Ordered a watch, didn’t arrive for 2 weeks, received a phone call asking if I would accept a different colour than what I ordered, told them no and that I wanted I full refund, advised I’d get a full refund from Wowcher within 4 days, a further 2 weeks down the line and I’m still awaiting my money to be refunded!!

I ordered a laptop from them via Wowcher. It arrived a little over a week later. The laptop was completely dead. The adaptor and power supply to charge it up DID NOT MATCH. I emailed renew straight away. It took 3 days of 1 email responses from them over day. To finally get them to send out a replacement. Which they said they asked the relevant department to send out. It's been 2 days and STILL NO CONFIRMATION ITS BEEN POSTED TO ME. I wish I checked trust pilot 1st. I NEVER WOULD HAVE USE THIS COMPANY.
