"Terrible company!"

Terrible company!! I would not recommend. I bought a watch via wowcher for my son and it came without a charger or strap. THEN waited till Christmas to open it and it doesn’t work. Contacted them to return it and they refused. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Company cancelled my order last week leaving me in the lurge. Now keep refusing to send me my refund of a £149. Might have to think about legal action.

Little scratched, but overall good product for price. Thought customer service was excellent and that five stars. I emailed as was behind on expected delivery date, they replied back straight away, also confirmed progress of parcel and delayed because of royal mail strikes.

ORDERED A 128GB CELLULAR SILVER AIR IPAD AND PAID £169 + DELIVERY THROUGH WOWCHER, BUT TOLD SOME DAYS LATER, THEN THEY DON'T HAVE IT.
THEY OFFERED AN AIR 2 IPAD 64GB WITH A ACCESSORY BUT DELIVERED A 16GB IPAD WITH MANY SCRATCHES, NO ACCESSORY, NOT WHAT WE AGREED. THEY ARE CURRENTLY SELLLING THIS FOR £89 THROUGH WOWCHER, REMEMBER I PAID £169 FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM. THEY ARE TRYING TO RIP ME OFF ANF FOB ME OFF. I CAN GET A 16GB INEXCELLENT CONDITION FOR £75 THROUGH EBAY TODAY. BUT ITS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR OR WANT. I WILL GIVE THEM TME TO RESPOND AND WILL GO DOWN THE COUNTY COURT ROUTE, VIA MY CLAIM ONLINE, IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED.

Avoid avoid! Ordered a Christmas present at the end of November. Did not receive it! Paid £150!! Renew Electronics says it will open a 30 day investigation with courier. Not interested in taking responsibility or even acknowledging this means no Christmas present!! 30 days! Bottom line I paid for an item and have no received it. Now it would appear I am expected to wait 6 weeks!!! Not ok.

I purchased 3 iPhone 11s for my teen children for christmas this year, they arrived in PRISTINE condition! I am VERY pleased indeed!!!! After reading some reviews on here I was slightly worried ( only checked reviews after I’d ordered). My y experience of this company has been FANTASTIC!!! I am over the moon and the quality of the phones and am looking forward to seeing happy children on Christmas morning. I don’t normally write reviews myself but I’m so happy I just had to!!!
