"Awful"

Awful! I ordered an iPad from Wowcher which then came from renew electronics. I can’t set up an iCloud account, it’s really old software, none of the apps I needed are compatible with the iPad. I’m Absoloutly discussed! Complete waste of money!! Wouldn’t recommend whatsoever

"Absolutely appalling customer service"

Absolutely appalling customer service, I bought an ipad for a Christmas present for my daughter, we received the wrong one so I got in contact with them and sent it back, they had the ipad for a month before contacting me to tell me I no longer qualified for a refund. They sent me a different ipad back which then came Absolutely drenched and now won't reply to my emails, don't use this company

"Orders lost, orders found no delivery"

Ordered a Chromebook through Wowcher, it give me a delivery date and the Wowcher site said redeemed. This remained redeemed at the delivery date so sent a message to them. After no response and no delivery, I sent a further message and again no contact. I found a contact number for their parent company Ultimo Electronics so called them. They had no recollection of my order and I had to do the donkey work back and forth to wowcher to provide all the details. Once I had this and they had this Renew miraculously found my order, processed it and give me a new delivery date. That date was yesterday and that has been and gone! So will have to make a 3rd day free to accept delivery. I will be calling them to find out what is happening with my order as it now appears they have just stolen my money. If this does turn up I will be hugely surprised. I will add we have been on this for 3 weeks this week

I am livid I have ordered and didn’t say any of these reviews. I ordered in December for Xmas. iPad did not add nee Apple ID as too many have been applied so it just won’t accept new adds. Sent it back a month ago and they haven’t bothered to respond. I may have to take a trip to Norwich as these people are taking the mic. My bloods boiling reading these reviews. This is hard earned money. Wow her are no better letting this merchant sell via them knowing the concerns and scams.

I am waiting on a Wowcher IPhone. Its been 2 weeks and I am unable to get a response to my emails.
Shocking customer service.
Feel like I have been scammed. How Wowcher are still endorsing this awful company I do not know.
I just want my money back now but little chance of that I guess!

"Ordered from these guys last Friday…"

Ordered from these guys last Friday they said they posted my item the same day... Royal Mail have no item, the company have no contact number sent 7 emails as I paid £12.99 for next day delivery. Wowcher aren’t helpful, said they’ll send them a email?

Anyways was due on Monday it’s Thursday tomorrow no sign of it no tracking of it. Took my money but don’t have the Curtesy of letting me know where my item is. Would avoid.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased. We bought an Apple iPad from this company using Wowcher, it has now been 2 weeks, we still don’t have the item, and when I chase they say my query is still with the dispatch manager. I have tried to claim a refund for this, still nothing. They took their money straight away though! Stay away!

I purchased a Apple Watch 3 via Wowcher with this company and I have to admit after reading the reviews on here I was worried I had made a terrible mistake, however I needn’t have worried, my watch arrived within 3 days by Royal Mail tracked and was in perfect condition, no scratches or marks and a brand new strap was also supplied. There was no charger but to be fair this is actually listed on Wowcher in the fine print as not being supplied so I had already purchased one from Amazon for under £5. So all in all I got an Apple Watch 3 for under £100! On Wowcher over 3000 of these watches have been sold and there are a handful of complaints. Don’t let it out you off as I have definitely had a different experience as have 3000 other people and saved myself £100... :)
