"Defective Cyclone Rake is YOUR Problem"
I ordered a Cyclone Rake Commander in October 2024 at a cost of ~$2400. When it arrived, I discovered it was missing the "bag of bow-tie pins and washers" used to attach the axle and the wheels. When I contacted customer service, they immediately accused me of not finding the parts. I assured them I had gone through every box—including the one it was supposed to be in—and it wasn’t there. Cyclone Rake grudgingly sent out the "bag of bow-tie pins and washers” about a week later. One week without being able to use the machine. When I was finally able to put the machine together and use it, I found that the hose was constantly coming off in one of three places: the hose would come out of the “blower inlet collar,” or the “blower inlet collar” would completely come off of the engine blower unit or the hose would come out of the discharge chute itself. I would literally drive about ten feet and the hose would come off at one of these three points. I would then have to turn off the engine to my riding mower, turn off the engine/blower unit, re-attach the hose, re-start the engine/blower unit and re-start the engine to the riding mower. The hose came off five times in the course of 15 minutes. I was going to ruin the starting motor to my riding mower. The next day, I tried it with the same results. I realized this unit was never going to work. I contacted Cyclone Rake on November 8, 2024, and sent pictures of the clearly defective blower inlet collar and said I have a defective blower inlet collar and defective hose. The representative said to assemble the entire unit and then take pictures of the set-up with a full left turn and full right turn. I sent those pictures to him the same day (November 8). I said I was worried that my window for collecting leaves in Wisconsin was closing: the city would stop picking up leaves after the snow falls. He said, no worries: my team will get back to you on Monday, November 11, 2024. I was assigned Case #72581. Guess what? No contact from Cyclone Rake. On November 15, 2024, I sent an email asking about the status of Case #72581. No response. On December 3, 2024, having heard nothing from the company, I called Cyclone Rake and said I had to rake all of my leaves by hand this fall, the city was no longer collecting leaves, and I want to return my unit per the guarantee. The representative was very sympathetic and said I would hear from someone about returning the unit. She also said her supervisor would likely call me. Guess what? No one has sent instructions for the return of the unit and no supervisor has called about my case. They have my money, and they have no intention of either fixing the problem or accepting a return. Apparently, I will have to contest the charge with my credit card company. BUYER BEWARE!

"I bought my cyclone rake approximately…"
I bought my cyclone rake approximately six years ago, I use it in the summer for excessive grass clearing, and I use it in the fall for a lot of leaf cleanup. I live on 10 acres in eastern Washington and this machine is a workhorse, not do it without it, highly recommended!!!!! I do recommend upgrading the blower to the heavy duty impeller, and adding the dual back tires for the excessive weight of the leaves that you clean up, it’s worth it

"OUTSTANDING Customer Support"
The customer service and support have been beyond amazing for this company. I had a few minor problems with the Cyclone Rake Commander as far as losing parts during use. But as soon as I contacted these folks, I got a reply AND replacement parts, usually the same day. I can't believe all the models and solutions they offer, and even though the price is a bit more than I'm used to, it's very competitive and the excellent customer service makes it more than worth it.

"Ordered cyclone rake first shipment was…"
Ordered cyclone rake first shipment was the wheels which the box was torn open and had missing caster mount. Should not have accepted shipment but didn't realize all parts not there until I started to assemble. Called customer service for a castor but she wanted me to fully assemble to account for all missing parts. A castor some hardware and rubber mount for engine is what was missing but now lost interest and returning since missing key components to use.
