I purchased a used Cyclone Rake 4 years ago and it has performed flawlessly--I couldn't be happier! The collector bag now needs replacement and Nicole was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful (and even funny!) as she helped me through the ordering process. "My Cyclone Rake Commander is an absolute jewel."

I have had my Cyclone Rake Commander for at least 15 years if not more. It is a fantastic tool. From day one, it has worked like a champ. When I bought my CL Rake, I was raking a total of 110 trash cans of leaves in the fall and winter. The Rake has been a Godsent. Just drive, pull and dump. Let the Rake do its job. That is about the extent of it. I do not have to bag my leaves anymore, I just dump in the pasture and burn when I can. The 6hp Vangaard engine has worked flawlessly every time all these years. I have no issues with leaf particles blocking my blower exit screen. My bag is still in good shape. I just now am having to replace my very first part. The impeller. I purchased the yellow impeller with a stainless steel diamond liner inside the housing. At present, I am having difficulty removing the bolt holding the impeller on the shaft. I reached out to the tech at Cyclone Rake and he emailed me tips on how to go about removing the impeller because it is really a problem for me right now. I see so many reviews about the purchase experience, or how soon the new unit arrived, or how wonderful the person on the end of the phone helped you out. That is all great. I just want to say that my unit has been absolutely a fantastic tool and has held up. Raking leaves by hand and filling trash cans was a LABOR. Not anymore. Thank you for your product.

The service that I received from Woodland was on comparison for as the greatest service I have ever received, but when you offer 0% financing and they switch you to the finance company and you’re talking to somebody who cannot understand you and you cannot understand them then they give you a bad rating because they wrote down our copied down the wrong Social Security number we have a problem. I so wanted to use the 0% financing but could not so I used a credit card that I have personally after I purchased the cyclone right the next day I get an email from the finance company saying that they have authorized up to $7500 But it was too late. I had already purchased it so there is a problem but there’s nothing that can be done. Have a good day.
