I had a couple of discussions with Cyclone Rake sales personnel (Joann and Wayman). My initial discussion produced two comparison quotes. Unfortunately the way they were constructed the parts were not named the same from one quote to the other, which made it difficult to do comparison. The second call helped me make the quote comparisons so that I could determine what I wanted to do. The third call resulted in a purchase. The team was friendly and helpful.

Quick shipment of product. Looked at another brand and they estimated 15 to 16 weeks before delivery. Plus I read alot of reviews from customers on issues and how Woodland respond to those issue. Performance of product and customer service made the choice easy.
