"Outstanding company and product"

It is so nice to work with a company with trained and experienced employees. I had several questions that I asked the sales team which are very knowledgeable of the product answered 100% of my questions and basically told me what modifications need to be made before I even ordered it. I have talked to a friend that has actually purchased the cyclone rake and love it. It is so nice to speak with people from our own country that we can understand and that are not reading from a book true American company. I100% recommend this company.

Amazing! Ordered a Commander Pro XL on Tuesday, received on Friday, fully assembled in about 3 1/2 hours. Excellent instructions and flawless engineering. Can't wait for the rain to stop so I can put it through its paces.

"Customer service is not as good as they claim"

I bought cyclone rack about 6 months ago. Waited till now to rate on ease of use. Rake does what company states it will do. I talked with JoAnn, she was very good and helpful. But management did not care about solving my problem or satisfying my problem. I put rake together 100% to instructions, the deck house kept falling off the MDA mower deck. It was my option the hose was too short for my mower. After many calls and emails I unscrewed the hose about 4” from the blower cooler. This did help but it could come off once and awhile. It was obvious the hose was too short but no one would send me a longer one! This is not good customer service! This problem started the first time I used it and many more times after that and still happens today.

Nicole was fantastic! She was pleasant, informative, professional, very customer oriented and fun to work with. Went over the order for the Z10 item by item with me to assure I was getting what I wanted.
I managed a trucking company for over 25 years that customer service meant everything. In all my years I had some very good people that worked for me and I must say Nicole would have gave my best a lot of competition.
I always told my people that they had external and internal customers meaning our company and our customers and she did a wonderful job taking care of both.
