"Do NOT use this company"

Do NOT use this company. Do your research and you'll find a multitude of reviews showing how this company is run unethically.

We ordered a vanity and, as it turns out, the specs of the listing didn't match the listing title. They sent us a hodgepodge, sometimes adhering to the title and other times adhering to the specs. When I asked them to send us the correct items, the owner of ListVanities.com said the correct vanity top was discontinued. Consequently, I asked for him to return the vanity on the company's dime since they couldn't fulfill our order. The owner said we got exactly what we ordered (even though I showed him the inconsistency of the specs versus title and how the order was a mix of both), and he was only willing to return the vanity if we paid for shipping and a 25% restocking fee. We are now in the process of disputing the false advertising with our credit card.

When I got on the phone with the owner of ListVanities, he was aggressive and yelled at me over the phone (I now see this is a consistent story from other reviews). Interestingly, ListVanities has since updated the title and the specs of the vanity to detail what you are actually ordering; I guess the owner realized the title and specs were wrong after all. Fortunately, I took pictures and detailed the listings before he was able to change them, so he is caught red handed.

Unless you want to receive the wrong items after false advertisements, be yelled at and cussed at by the owner of the company, and still be on the hook for the cost of it all, you do not want to work with this company.

"Called in looking to buy Item #…"

Called in looking to buy Item # 10015764. This was my first time visiting the site. The male customer service agent was extremely rude asking proof of my hotel ownership in order to be able to order large quantity. I have never seen a business model where the customer sales agent work so hard for their company to fail. The same item is in Lowes.com Item #5222280 and it is cheaper than what ListVanities offered. ListVanities is a business I've never heard of until it came up on a google search today. Ill take my business to Lowes.

Update: The website provides the option to purchase 50 units of the specified item. My purpose in calling was solely to seek clarification regarding a feature of the item before proceeding with the order. Nowhere on their website is there a disclaimer specifying any limitations on the number of items one can purchase. Regrettably, instead of receiving the desired clarification, I encountered an exceptionally impolite demeanor during the conversation. I possess the receipt of my purchase from Lowe's; however, I am unable to upload images in this communication. Furthermore, it is important to note that individuals engaged in fraudulent activities typically do not invest their time in leaving negative reviews about a website's poor customer service. I am relieved that I avoided a potentially negative experience.

"List Vanities was HORRIBLE!"

I purchased a very expensive vanity. There was one photo of it. 90% of online shoppers rely on photos as a description. The vanity I received was nothing like the photo. It had almost no finish on it. When I contacted List Vanities I was told I received what I should have, was actually told they are not in the business of "tone." Very rude to me. All I was hoping for was a discount to cover the expense of refinishing, not a return. They reached out to the manufacturer after they spoke to their legal team. Manufacture, Remi Frank Designs, gave a very small discount, not nearly enough to cover expense of making it right. The pictures have been updated, which substantiates my concern. I would never purchase from this company again. I am in the design business. It is all about tone when one is decorating.

We purchased a matching vanity and mirror! When we unboxed vanity it didn’t match the mirror! Company wanted us to pay for shipping the unmatched set back! Really bad customer service!

"Thank goodness my CC saw them as fraudulent..."

I had an unfortunate experience with this company. I have been shopping for a particular vanity and ended up finding the best deal (by far) through them. I was a little leery to use them without knowing much about the company but the deal was too good to pass up. So, I purchased the vanity and immediately my CC denied the purchase suggesting the company was fraudulent. I immediately called the company and left a VM to rectify the situation. The next day I received an email to place the order again in order to get it to go through. However, now the price was $300 more than the price the day prior. I asked if it were possible to have the cost I was originally going to pay be honored. I was met with repeated unprofessionalism. So glad this didn't work out... can't imagine continued business would have been successful.

I just talked to the incredibly rudest customer service person in the world. This company should be ashamed of this type of attitude.

If I didn't want this item that much, I would have canceled my order right away on the spot. I will never place another order ever again. They left me with the best taste in my mouth.

"poor Customer Service"

Before we placed our order with List Vanity we called to confirm the delivery date. We were assured that the 5 week date was pretty close to accurate with the manufacturer we selected for our product. As the date drew near we called to get a status and was told it would be 2 more weeks. That date passed by and we called again and was told that it would be just a few more weeks. Now we have been waiting for over 2 months with no expected date in sight. After calling this last time, the gentleman started yelling at us. It was so bad that I had to repeatedly ask him to stop yelling so we could discuss what our options were. That is when he told me he wasn’t yelling and hung up. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE You will probably have to wait for your product but at least you will be treated with respect and a helpful attitude.
