"Better Quality in person!!!"
We called Listvanities.com to inquire about a model we liked on their site to see if it was in stock. It was out of stock at the moment and CS rep directed us to similar model that was a bit more expensive but ensured us it was of better quality and construction, had a shorter transit time, and was in stock. Wow, were they right!! It was better in person than the photos online. This vanity on Restoration Hardware's site would have easily gone for 2-3 times the amount and we don't think it would have been as good of quality. Feesl like we got a steal. Excellent CS, Prices, and quality. We will use Listvanities.com again for our next bathroom for sure.

"This was their customer service response"
FYR, refund in full. Your info and number have been flagged and blocked. Do not ever contact our company again. EVER. Now, you will go find this model or something similar and pay twice as much and wait 3 times as long. You think you are going to harass us and brow beat us here because your not getting your order in the 1-2 weeks ESTIMATION notated on the site as if it in stone and you are getting taken advantage of!! So your entitled to call every other day and then go post a review before you even get the order in your possession??!! We represent over 50 different manufacturer of these products shipping out from all over the country. There is no 3rd party warehouse for any on line retailer large or small. Below is documentation of refund. No one lied to you, we are bending over backwards to get to you your order because of your harassment every other day. Dont you think, that after 12 years in business, 1000’s of order a month, that if we are in the business of stealing your money, the site would be shut down by now.. It is not our responsibility to make up for your waiting to the last minute to order the most important component of your remodel. With all of the delays and supply chain issues one would, at this point know, to order this in advance.

"Love my new vanity!"
I had a great experience with Listvanities. I called customer service to verify availability and delivery times, and the rep was excellent. He was able to verify it was in stock and placed the order over the phone in minutes. It arrived ~2 weeks later in perfect condition. The vanity was VERY well wrapped, defect free, and is very pretty (Vogue green 60" double sink vanity with marble top and gold hardware). I cannot wait for my renovation to be done so I can enjoy it. I would use this company again without hesitation.

"POOR CUSTOMER SKILLS"
I received a response to an online inquiry where i left my phone number. The representative called and got very defensive and told me I didnt have the proper information when i wanted to mention the prices I saw for the same product at another local distributors location only after he told me their online prices were the lowest and retail would always be more. He was very irritiated that he may need to compete with an internet price even though im located in Florida and they are in Philadelphia and I found them on the internet. When I tried to tell him that the Floor and Decor prices were lower than his he became completely unprofessonal. I simply wanted to buy a bathroom vanity that could be delivered to me in a certain time frame. I really didnt deserve the unprofessional attitude of this representative. SHAME ON YOU! YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!

"10 for 10"
We starting to advise our clients to stop ordering products for our projects at the onset of Covid due to the mis-understanding and refusal to accept the supply chain issues it is causing. In turn, we have been able to complete our projects on time and been able to take on more business because of it. This is our 10th order for a bath vanity with Listvanities.com since Covid started and every single time they have delivered. They are hyper responsive with customer support, offering suggestions if we happen to miss out on the last remaining, sometimes offering better options to our clients. Every order has been delivered in a timely fashion, and luckily intact. Products, offering, and pricing are the best online. Highly recommend for all contractors and do-it-yourselfers. Recommend you call first for live inventory checks they offer. We told them on the 10th order we write them up, kuddos Listvanities.com, thanks for the help this year!!

"Bullied over the phone for their mistake"
I generally don’t write negative reviews, but I’m so appalled by the call I got today that I need to let other shoppers know. I ordered a vanity 5-6 days ago. 3 days ago I got this email:
‘Unfortunately this model is sold out, discontinued, and will not be located in the country at this point. This is the closet option, IN STOCK and production, that is currently available. There is a 10% off sale you apply to the order, using code THXU10. We have just two left in stock. We have updated the listing, declined your order and released your funds. Our apologies for the inconvenience.’
Very nice and pleasant. I looked at the vanity, but it wasn’t the one that I wanted, so I searched locally. Two days later, I get a call from an unknown number. Message says they have the vanity and wants to know if I wanted it. The next day, I get two back to back calls while with my daughter who’s in the hospital with a message there’s limited stock. 6hrs later, I get ANOTHER call and I answer although I’m at work. I let them know we decided to buy local, so we don’t need whichever vanity is on hold. He then begins yelling! Saying ‘It shouldn’t have taken 3 emails and 3 calls for that answer!!! You know what? If you don’t find anything locally, so me a favor and don’t shop with us again!!!’ I was shocked. I said ‘Wait, I didn’t ask you to hold anything for me. I ordered an item that you said was in stock.’ He cut me off and then hung up the phone.
After this ride call, I get an email saying my funds were finally returned (the first email lied because they had kept it) and ‘good luck in your local search’. He then sent an email saying what he did ‘is called great customer service’ and they’ve been in business over 12yrs so whatever I say doesn’t matter. I received 2 more emails berating me after this to which I blocked the company email and didn’t respond.
BUYER BEWARE…any business that allows their owner or employees to speak to customers this way (over a small thing like not wanting to buy their suggested replacement) will not respect any issues you may have with their products. I cannot imagine they’ll be in business much longer with this unprofessional attitude

We are a design house that specializes in bath remodels for clients all over the US. We place on average. 15 orders a year with Listvanities.com for the past 6 years giver or take. WE use them primarily for one reason, amazing customer service. Every time we need to call, check inventory, or have a delivery issue someone is there to answer the phone, check status, offer solutions, or turn around a damage replacement quickly. They care about our clients, the timing of our projects, and understand the juggling act involved with delays. Great source for bath vanities, great selection, competitive pricing, and always great service.

"I was soo apprehensive about order a…"
I was soo apprehensive about order a large vanity online especially on that was Antique in nature. I called into LV with many questions and concerns about shipping, times, quality, and inventory. Every time i called, someone answered immediately. They were extremely helpful in my search with recommendations, additional photos, and instruction for delivery. The vanity arrived in less than 2 weeks and it was better than expected. Will definitely use them again for our next project.

"They Are An Online Bully. Stay Away From This Company!"
I asked them to cancel my order a few hours after I placed it. I got a call from them and he basically told me that I was not acting like an adult because I messaged him on FB Messenger instead of directly from the website, and he also told me that he thinks I am lying about the reason for cancellation. First, I DO NOT need to give him a reason to cancel. That is my right as a consumer. And he does not know my situation enough to openly call me a liar. And second, in this day of Social Media, a lot of companies, small or big, use it to communicate. Maybe get with the times and technology?
I know I dodged a bullet here by canceling my order. Future buyers, beware. You might get lucky and not need it, but should you need service post purchase, be ready to deal with the most condescending and rude people ever! I have YET to deal with any customer service that was this rude. And the worst part is when I called him out on his tone and use of words, he basically laughed it off and said ‘you get my point’. Wow. Good to see other reviewers calling him out on his attitude. I guess that is just his attitude- nothing to do with a bad day.

"Listvanities were the best"
Listvanities were the best. Easy transactions and kept us informed throughout the process including shipping progress. One of our side units arrived damaged and they had a replacement unit ordered same day and expedited shipment. High quality vanity that we are so happy with. You cannot go wrong ordering through them.
