"Horrible customer service!"

We received a linen tower that was damaged. When we contacted customer service to explain the situation and let them know, all of their communications were super unhelpful and condescending responses. Horrible customer service. When you are buying an expensive product, you expect a high quality, undamaged product, and high quality customer service.

"I would typically never take the time…"

I would typically never take the time to write a review for a company but felt this was worth the time so no one else had the same experience I had. During a bathroom remodel we ordered multiple pieces from List Vanities. One of the pieces came obviously damaged during construction. After multiple attempts at a solution List Vanities would do nothing. They said to go to a hardware store and buy wood glue! These are very expensive pieces so glueing a broken leg is not the solution one would expect. If it was me, I would look elsewhere for similar options.

"Great service, selection, and quality of products"

With Covid, we call ahead to be sure of ship times for our master bathroom project and to ask a few questions about the quality of vanity we were thinking of purchasing. We received spot on customer service because the vanity arrived in less than 14 days and the vanity was better looking in person than the photos online. Great quality, great service, and amazing selection. Will definitely use them again for our powder room.

"Contractor Approved"

With Covid, out of stock inventory has delayed and stalled our project over the last year. We called LV for a stock check on a number of model for a project. Within minutes we received a real time update, expected delivery times, and even substitute options for out of stock items. We received the entire order exactly when expected, intact, no damage. We will be directing all our clients to their site. Great service, product, and pricing. Contractor approved!

"Rustic Collection"

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with my recent vanity purchase. I looked so many places and could not find what I wanted until I stumbled upon your store. Your rustic collection had exactly what I wanted. Your customer service is outstanding and I was able to track my order and make an appointment for delivery. The care taken in packaging the vanity was exceptional and prevented anything from being broken. I was so pleased to receive it and can't wait to install it. Thanks again!

"In the nick of time"

We purchased two vanities from one of the big box retailers and were expecting delivery in two weeks. Two months later, it arrived damaged so we were in a jam. We needed a similar style vanity in under a week. Thankfully we found ListVanities. We spoke to their CS, they found two similar models that were in stock, could ship out quickly, and arrived in mint condition 5 days later. A lifesaver!! Def will refer anyone to this company

"The product is very nice but the…"

The product is very nice but the Granite top came in without screw holes and that's what holds the sink on to the top along with glue. When I called the company to ask them if they would send me a new top they said it was on back order and all of those were spoke for and they were designing a new top and they would not be able to help me. They said that glue alone would be fine or that my contractor could drill out the holes for the sink. My contractor said that was not the case and now he is telling me he can't help me because he does not want to be responsible for the sinks falling from the top. He said he was afraid he would break the top if he tried to put the screw holes in the Granite top. I kept calling to see if the store had called the manufacturer but he would not answer or call me back after I left a few messages. I am very disappointed in the customer service and would never buy another product from them. This piece was very expensive.

"Great service during troubled times"

We called ahead for help and delivery times due to the pandemic and ListVanities customer service was excellent. They helped us with a number of questions we had, specs on the model for our plumber, and stock and delivery times. We received our order exactly when they said, in less than two weeks too. We will def use them again for our next bath reno. Great company for transparent communication and product offering

"I bought a single sink vanity March the…"

I bought a single sink vanity March the 9th. Paid for it in full,, I was told 4-6 wks for delivery,
aprox 2wks later, they emailed me saying that the vanity i picked was out of stock, so I picked another one very similar,
So I waited, and waited, and waited, about a month went by, i called them, got the covid excuse blaming covid 19 for the reason its running late, 3 more wks called them again, same excuse, 3 more wks called, still nothing,( were going on 10wks) starting emailing them, asking where's my vanity!, sometimes they would email me back with a dumb excuse, sometimes they wouldn't even email me back, finally got it, IT TOOK OVER 4 MONTHS, then,,,, they emailed me saying that. U ready for this,,,,, before u sign ur name, check the vanity for damage, once u sign for it, ITS YOURS, but,,, the delivery guy said, i can't open it because its against their ( the trucking companys) policy. Luckily it wasn't damaged, will I buy from these people again. NO
